I complained about room and they tried to repaire. I liked the chief atitude. You could see he is trying his best but....

Cons:

Very noisy, after 12.00 I had to call the reception. The breakfast very poor. The bathroom and furniture very dated

Pros:

Modern, sauber, ordentlich, ruhig. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre, gute Auswahl auch zum Frühstück.
Gelegen in Neu-Kalkutta, zwischen Flughafen und Zentrum - das bedingst längere Fahrten.

The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.
