Is this a real Sheraton? Really?
Pros:

Is the Marriott brand team aware that there is a Chinese company operating a facility with the Sheraton name on this property? I sincerely doubt so. Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton.
The staff doesn't speak English, bar and dining establishments close before eleven pm and room service is non-existing. The location is great and there is potential indeed, but seriously, if you want to be recognised as a five star facility start acting like one. You are already charging as if you were ...

A few of the staff on duty were very kind

Cons:

Most of the staff very inflexible and responding. to requests. There was a shortage of basically everything. Empty food shelves during breakfast, during buffet dinner. Every second item a la carte was not available. Very disappointing
