The walls are really thin - we could hear the tv in the room next to us. The beds are not very comfortable, it was hard to sleep with the noise and the bed being so uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at WoodSpring Suites in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable for my stay. A special thank you to front desk agents Crystal and Marcus for their professionalism and warm customer service—they truly made me feel welcome. Manager Tania was also exceptional and clearly takes pride in running a great team. I highly recommend this location and would gladly stay here again!

Cons:

There wasn't anything I did not like. This Woodspring Suites location was by far, one of the best hotels in West Palm Beach Florida.

Es el mejor lugar que me he hospedado en WPB. muy muy limpio e higiénico desde sus instalaciones hasta la habitación. 100 puntos!

Cons:

Problemas con el wifi y tuve que llamar un par de veces para que me pasaran un código y poder conectarme. Hubiera sido genial que tengan la opcion de later check-out. Pero de resto todo excelente

The room smelled clean instead of musty. Great efficiency place, frig, microwave and two burner cooktop.

There was a stench in the hallway on the 3rd floor and it lingered for the duration of our stay . The bed was uncomfortable! The towels were poor quality and they didn’t provide enough washcloths.
