No hay desayuno, solo una cafetera a la entrada del hotel, que solo funciona de 6am a 10am, tampoco hay cafetera en los cuartos, como en todos los hoteles, ni vasos de carton ni vasija para hielo, no hielera en los pisos tampoco,.
Solo 2 almohadas, deberian poner 4, no utencillios de cocina, no cucharas, vasos, platos, tenedores, abridor, esponja para fregar y detergente,no papel bounty , en baño un tubo chiquito de shampoo y otro acondicionador, no jabon liquido para bañarse, un jabon chico para manos, o te lavas cabeza o te bañas con un tubito shampoo, no crema para manos y cuerpo, al borde puerta baño hay un pequeño soporte para colgar y en ese lado que es cerca a la bañera es preciso poner un soporte para agarrarse y entrar y salir de la bañera, no caja Kleenex, solo 2 toallas grandes y chicas, faltan dos medianas, bañera no limpia tenia cabellos de usarla anteriormente, la internet te dan un numero telefono y te sale una operadora solo en ingles, me costo trabajo entenderla,.resto del hotel es adecuado,.
Location
Everything was great. Except you had a kitchen with no utensils. Doesn't make sense. Have a least 2 plates spoons forks knives a pot and bowls.
The first room smelled strongly of mold, so we had to ask to change rooms. During our stay, no one came to clean the room, and we had to ask for toilet paper and towels because there weren't enough for the guests.
There was a lack of maintenance in the rooms, and we couldn't access the hotel Wi-Fi—we were unable to connect, even though we were on a business trip.
Friendly staff
Uncomfortable bed- felt very cheap and mattress was awful. Smelled in common areas and location felt a little sketchy. We nearly booked elsewhere but roughed it out for one night.
It is located in a good place
Toddler up till 3:30 am. while parents slept in the room above me.
Staff could care less the floors were covered in dirt.
Would not give me a partial refund.
It was the only hotel that had a room near where I needed to be, or I would have found a different place.
That it was tucked in back , you can not hear the traffic
