We had a great stay at Relax Inn's place
no, everything was good
Close enough to places we wanted to eat at.
Having to wait an hour and a half for the night manager, who knew we'd arrive between 9n10, to return to register us. Had a pregnant granddaughter with us and was there because I had to bury my wife, while traveling 4 hours from home and attending her memorial that day. We had more problems than his girlfriend having to sleep without him, I'm sorry, but I have trouble with a lack of compassion.
Easy access to building, good parking
The key card had to be reprogrammed after the first night, this was a pain in the rear and wasted time. I gave this place a chance from my previous visit to the area and thought the bed is way better but that access to my room both times I’ve stayed there ends the possibility I will return

Lots of convenient shopping locations
Nothing at all. On the day of checkout I had to extend a few more days because of weather conditions the manager would inspect the room before extending and charge $20 for each dirty linen, towel, and pillows plus a deposit they price on their own. You have to clean your own room and if you get a smoking room you can’t have any cigarette butts around the room or you will be charged for that.
Too many things. Didn’t feel like a hotel stay. This is worse than an Airbnb
