the hotel deserve two stars at maximum and should not be in BOOKING
Pros:

when i coplained about the a/c they sent the maintenance team night time but it was functionally bad due to this they offered a discount for one night

Cons:

there was NO constant staff
communication was poor due to WHATSUP method only
delay in response
the a/c was completely bad
no bell boy to serve
the window in the bedroom can NOT be opened

Good location, but disappointing service, poor maintenance and not suitable for elderly guests or anyone with heavy lugg
Pros:

The hotel is quite close to the Old Town, which was convenient for sightseeing. The room itself was decent in size, and the location was one of the main positives of the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. We booked a taxi through the hotel for 4 people with 3 large suitcases, but a very small car arrived, making the journey extremely cramped and uncomfortable. On arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly and unwelcoming, and customer service throughout the stay was poor. There is no lift, which made it very difficult to carry our luggage upstairs, especially as I was travelling with my two elderly parents, and no one offered to help. The hotel is also located on a steep hill, so it is not ideal for older guests or anyone with mobility issues.
The room had several maintenance issues, including a very creaky bed, broken curtains and a leaking shower. We reported the curtains three times and were told they would be fixed, but nothing was done. Reception was often unattended whenever we needed assistance or wanted to pay the city tax, which was frustrating, and the reception area also had no air conditioning.

Memnun kalmadık
Cons:

Yataklar eskiydi. Yatakta sağa sola dönerken bile yatağın iskletinden rahatsız edici şekilde ses geliyordu. Klima da çok gürültülü çalışıyordu. Aynı zamandan soğutmasına problem vardı. Kısaca memnun kalmadık. Bir daha bu oteli tercih eder miyim? Hiç sanmıyorum.

Blizina centra, cistoca, ljubazno osoblje. Posebna pohvala za menadzericu koja je dosla u hozel kako bo razrijesili problem koji je nastao zbog dorucka. Kao nadoknadu nije nam naplacen parking.

After reading good reviews, was thoroughly let down and very disappointed.

Cons:

Requested room with a sofa bed for my son, bed didn’t work, ended with a barely usable camp bed that we had to make ourselves. Most lights didn’t work, fridge didn’t work. Receptionist was rarely there and if so one of them was very rude. We booked it under the impression of free breakfast, however, they have no facilities and could only sell a voucher for a place in town.
