After reading good reviews, was thoroughly let down and very disappointed.

Cons:

Requested room with a sofa bed for my son, bed didn’t work, ended with a barely usable camp bed that we had to make ourselves. Most lights didn’t work, fridge didn’t work. Receptionist was rarely there and if so one of them was very rude. We booked it under the impression of free breakfast, however, they have no facilities and could only sell a voucher for a place in town.

Pros:

Room was good enough and location perfect! Communication was also great and room was cleaned every day.

Cons:

So many malfunctions like broken buttons, falling curtains, lights going on and off by itself. Perhaps an idea to check all entore rooms and fix it all! :-)

Perfectly priced and situated close to historic city. With a tidy modern feel and cold aircon. A++++
Pros:

The location was great. Walking distance from the historic town and some of the best food in Sarajevo. While we haven't met the staff, as we arrived after hours, everything was well explained and staff responsive via WhatsApp. The aircon worked well and wasn't smelly. The room was large and well presented. It is a perfect place for a short stay. You're not paying for the features you won't use and it's a walking distance to just about everything. If there is anything bad we didn't see a lift but we're in the first floor so wasn't really an issue unless you're higher up and have more luggage.

Cons:

Lift would have been nice.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé
Le principal atout de cet hôtel est son emplacement : il se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre historique de Sarajevo, ce qui est très pratique pour les visites. Une station de bus est également située à environ 200 mètres.
Je suis arrivé vers minuit et tout s'était parfaitement déroulé : le code d'accès à l'hôtel m'avait été communiqué à l'avance et une enveloppe à mon nom contenant la clé de la chambre m'attendait à la réception. Vous pouvez donc arriver tard sans inquiétude.
La réception n'est cependant ouverte que sur des plages horaires assez limitées ; cela représente un véritable problème. La réception est ouverte principalement le matin et encore pas trop tôt et un peu en fin d'après-midi. Si vous avez besoin d'assistance en dehors de ces horaires, cela peut être moins pratique.
La chambre est confortable dans l'ensemble. (A noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur). La climatisation manque d'efficacité : même en la laissant fonctionner à pleine puissance toute la journée, la température descend difficilement sous les 26°C.
Concernant l'obscurité, les rideaux occultants de la fenêtre principale font correctement leur travail, mais une seconde petite fenêtre ne dispose d'aucun rideau. Résultat : dès 5 heures du matin, la chambre est déjà très lumineuse. Les personnes sensibles à la lumière devraient en tenir compte. Il y a également plusieurs voyants lumineux et une veilleuse qui restent allumés toute la nuit.
Le principal point faible reste le Wi-Fi, qui fonctionne de manière très irrégulière. Ne comptez pas trop dessus. Je ne sais pas si le problème vient de l'hôtel ou du réseau local, mais la connexion mobile 4G n'est pas beaucoup plus fiable, avec également quelques coupures.
Enfin, l'hôtel est situé en haut d'une petite côte. Ce n'est pas dramatique, mais après une journée de visite sous une forte chaleur, cela peut se faire sentir.

Pros:

The hotel was a 5-minute walk from the main market, a great value for money hotel, our room was cleaned as soon as we requested.

Cons:

We chose a triple room, and our room was in the attic. Because the skylights didn't open, fresh air didn't enter, making the room stuffy. This created a somewhat claustrophobic feeling; you should pay attention to these things when making a reservation. There were also problems with the internet connection; it frequently dropped.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel near the city centre. There is a supermarket walking distance from the hotel.

It's uphill. If you are with children/elderly or people with mobility needs would recommend getting a taxi.
