Pros:

Sadece çalışanlar ilgiliysi whatsapp üzerinden sürekli bilgilendirme yaptılar. Birde konum fena değil valiz yoksa gidilir fakat 40 kilo valizle o yokuşu çıkmak işkence.

Cons:

Çatı katı verilmesi sebebiyle 3 kat 40 kilo valizi asansör olmayan bir yerde taşıdık, geldiğimizde sular kesikti tadilat varmış odada su bile yoktu geç geldiğimiz için duş ve içme suyu imkanı yoktu, normal cam yok tavanda, oda pis ve kokuyordu, aşırı sıcaktı ısıtıcı kapanmıyordu. 1 gece bu şekilde idare ettik ertesi gün su geldiğinde duş almak istedik gider tıkalı banyo göl oldu oda değişikliği için yardımcı oldular fakat diğer odada aynı şekildeydi fiyat olarak uygun ama zaten Bosnada konaklama uygun fiyatlı asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Дуже класний готель в центрі!
Pros:

Все! Готель дуже зручно розташований - до центру буквально 3 кроки, поруч супермаркет і смачнюча пекарня. Чистий, гарний. На рецепції всі дуже привітні і милі до туристів. Я приїхала рано вранці і мене заселили навіть без доплати не чекаючи формальних 14:00. Номери затишні, зручні і стильні. Все працювало. Ліжко комфортне. Хороший інтернет - зручно було працювати

- Localização muito boa.
- Estrutura do hotel razoável.
- Quarto com atmosfera moderna.

Cons:

- No dia que cheguei, meu cartão do quarto não funcionou. Entre a minha chegada e o momento que consegui entrar no quarto decorreram 40 minutos, pois, na maior parte do tempo, a recepção fica vazia. Então é necessário ligar para um funcionário ir lá.
- O quarto era um pouco apertado, mas, como eu estava sozinho, foi razoável.
- No quarto tinha chaleira, mas não deixaram nada para fazer um café. Não tinha sabão no chuveiro.
- Muito barulho das tubulações hidráulicas à noite.

- Nesta segunda vez que fiquei no hotel, me foi dado um quarto maior e mais espaçoso.
- Geladeira pequena no quarto e itens para fazer café/chá.

Cons:

- Checkout muito cedo, às 10h30.
- quarto precisa de reparos. A cortina estava parcialmente solta, o botão da descarga estava solto e havia um vazamento no chuveiro. Inclusive, a base do chuveiro que eu fixava na parede também estava solta.

Pros:

Es war sauber.

Cons:

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
Das Zimmer (junior suite) schaut auf die stark befahrene Hauptstrasse und es ist sehr laut.
Fenster isolieren nicht den Strassenlärm. Ich konnte dort nicht schlafen, keine Ruhe und Erholung finden.

Es gibt kein Frühstück im Hotel, es werden Voucher für ein Restaurant in der Stadt optional angeboten.

Die Rezeption ist nur bis ca 15 uhr besetzt. Nicht 24/7 wie angegeben.

Es wirkt auf den Fotos okay, aber der erste Eindruck täuscht.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, z.B. undichte Dusche, mit Schimmel.
Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren, da die Bedienung kaputt ist. Entweder ist es kalt oder heiß im Zimmer.

Vorhänge hängen halb in der Luft. Oder am Boden. Dadurch ist es unmöglich das Licht von der Strasse zu vermeiden.

Steckdosen sind teilweise ohne Abdeckung.


Auf keinen Fall ein 4 Stern Hotel. Eher ein schlechtes 3 Stern Hotel.
