Great location, nice hotel.
Pros:

Great small hotel 5 minutes from the old town, very convenient and good value.

Cons:

Room was a bit shook or dated needed a bit of TLC but it was still ideal.

The location is good, walking distance to center of old town. The bed was big and comfortable. Price was afordable.

Cons:

Actually the worst room i stayed in. Everything was old, run down, dirty and broken.
There were thick patches of soap scum in the shower, and it had gathered in the corners. The shower head was so dirty and mouldy that hardly any water came out. The complimentary toiletries had already been opened. The sockets were either broken or blocked. The glasses were in plastic bags and were supposedly disinfected, but unfortunately they weren’t clean. It was very noisy; there was no sign of any soundproofing.

Uygun fiyatlı otel konum olarak baş çarşıya yakın azıcık bi yokuşu var ama sorun olmadı. Güvenilir bi otel.
Pros:

Temizliği ve çalışanların ilgisi çok güzeldi. Fiyat olarak uygundu.

Pros:

The location is good. Everything in walking distance. Communication and self check in was easy. The room was clean and ok for 1 or 2 nights to explore the city.

Cons:

The room and the furniture was a bit old and there were a couple of things broken.

Öncelikle otelin sabah vardiyasında çalışan hanımefendinin oldukça güler yüzlü, anlayışlı ve yardımsever olduğunu belirtmek isteriz.

Otele ilk vardığımızda otelin dış görünüşü kısa bir süreliğine soru işareti oluştursa da içeri girdiğimizde dışarıdan çok daha iyi ve hoş bir ortamla karşılaştık. Odamızın hazırlanmasının yaklaşık 40 dakika süreceğini söylediler. Biz de giriş işlemlerimizi tamamlamadan valizlerimizi bırakıp yemeğe gittik. Benzer bir durumda, değerli eşyalarınızı yanınıza alarak valizlerinizi bırakıp kısa bir tur atabilirsiniz.

Döndüğümüzde odamız hazırlanmış ve ismimizin yazılı olduğu, içerisinde oda kartımızın bulunduğu bir zarf lobide bizi bekliyordu. Görevlinin vardiya değişimi nedeniyle kartımızın önceden hazırlanmış olması oldukça pratikti. Ayrıca ödemeyi çıkış sırasında yapmamız da bizim için güzel bir detaydı.

Otelin avlusu temiz ve düzenliydi. Konumunun hem merkeze yakın hem de oldukça sessiz olması konaklamamız açısından büyük bir avantajdı.

Otelin ulaşım konusunda sunduğu destek de oldukça faydalıydı. Talep edilmesi halinde havalimanından otele ve şehirler arası geziler için güvenilir taksi ayarlıyorlar. Otelin önerdiği taksiyi kullanmasak da havalimanından otele gelişimizde yaklaşık 20 € ödedik; havalimanındaki taksi ücretleri genel olarak bu seviyelerde, otel de bize aynı fiyatı iletmişti. Konaklamamızın son gününde ise otelden Blagaj ve Mostar turu için otelin ayarladığı taksiyi kullandık ve dönüşte havalimanına bırakılmamızla birlikte toplam yaklaşık 140 € ödedik. Tren ve diğer ulaşım seçenekleri daha uzun sürebileceğinden, özellikle zamanı kısıtlı olanlar için bu alternatif değerlendirilebilir.

Genel olarak konumu, çalışanların ilgisi, ulaşım konusunda sunduğu kolaylıklar ve otelin genel atmosferi açısından 6.5 üzerinden 7 puanla iyi bir konaklama oldu.

Cons:

Öte yandan, her iyi deneyimin yanında göz ardı edilebilecek ya da kişiden kişiye değişmekle birlikte rahatsız edici olabilecek bazı noktalar da yaşadık.

Çalışanların ilgisinden ve otelin konumundan oldukça memnun kalmış olsak da, konaklamamızın en büyük eksisi odanın temizliğiyle ilgiliydi. Odamızın içerisinde büyük böceklerle karşılaştık, köşelerde örümcek ağları vardı ve yorgan/çarşafların üzerinde lekeler bulunuyordu. Açıkçası böyle bir durumla karşılaşabileceğimizi düşünerek kendi çarşafımızı yanımızda getirmiştik; iyi ki de getirmişiz.

Temizlik konusu bizim için oldukça kritik ve önemli bir detaydı. Hatta konaklama öncesinde bu konudaki hassasiyetimizi de belirtmiştik. Ancak sanırım temizlik sırasında bazı noktalar gözden kaçmış. Özellikle böcekler, örümcek ağları ve yatak takımlarındaki lekeler bizim açımızdan oldukça rahatsız edici ve irite edici bir durumdu.

Bu nedenle otelin genelindeki olumlu izlenimimize rağmen, oda temizliği konusunda ekside olduklarını belirtebiliriz.

La camera carina e la posizione vicino al centro

Camera veramente piccola. Non si sapeva dove appoggiare la seconda valigia. Posizione vicinissima al centro ma posta in salita su una strada trafficata quindi scaricare le valigie non è stato semplice. Ma più di tutto dopo la prenotazione con cancellazione gratuita avevamo mandato una mail per il parcheggio come era richiesto dal sito.ci hanno risposto che il posto non c'era solo dopo che non si poteva più cancellare....abbiamo trovato questa cosa scorretta..abbiamo lasciato l auto in un parcheggio a pagamento che ci è costato moltissimo. Noi siamo arrivati verso le 19 poi il giorno dopo la ragazza ci ha detto che si era liberato un posto ma verso mezzogiorno cosi saremo dovuti andare su e giu.e quindi l abbiamo lasciata dov era.su booking c'era scritto che la reception c'era fino alle 8 30 pm (abbiamo scelto un hotel e non Un appartamento proprio perché venendo dall Italia in auto non sapevamo quando saremmo arrivati)invece c'era una busta con la chiave e un foglio con delle istruzioni poi è arrivato un ragazzo gentilissimo ma lui si occupava degli asciugamani non del check inn..
