Pros:

Det har en god placering, tæt på Old town.

Cons:

Der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset i de tre dage jeg var der, heller ikke tømt skrald.
Der er meget lydt. Mit vindue kunne ikke lukke tæt og det lå lige ud til vejen, så der var meget trafikstøj.
Du kan kun betale kontant på hotellet.
Wifi var meget svingende og en hel dag hvor det ikke virkede

Excellent.
Pros:

I reserved a room at the hotel but due to a problem with the room they had me check-in at another property - Story Hotel in old town. Story was a great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good communication with hotel administration. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Outstanding location.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like.

Pros:

Отличный отель, близко к центру. Номер чистый, всё хорошо. Сотрудник отеля очень оперативно подошёл на ресепшн, чтобы рассчитаться с нами. Приятный интерьер, понравилось бесконтактное заселение и персональный конвертик:)

Лейка для душа не фиксировалась в держателе

Perfect location and great value.
Pros:

Perfect location near all the main sites and old town. Hotel 3 minute walk most from Latin Bridge. Comfy rooms and good WiFi. Great staff. Amazing value.

Overall I liked the hotel, would rebook again when in Sarajevo.
Pros:

The reception was responsive: both online and offline thank you. Location was quite nice, easy to go to city center and Trebevic cable car on foot. Thank you for nice stay.

Cons:

Prior to my arrival several times I received scam messages in whatsapp pretending to be hotel administration and requesting to do confirmation by following their link (those were once US number then 2 times number from India). Before answering to them I contacted reception through booking and they confirmed that its scam.
