Had a 3 night stay with friends playing golf. Great Break away golf course and accommodation were both EXCELLENT
The room is nice but that’s it
They informed wrong about the pool and over charge the entrance fee, give us the room separate building, make the wrong reservation for the fishing trip and didn’t inform us the right amount for the one day trip and come ask for paid. After leaving for one week still contact me for scam more money about the service I already paid
Pros:
- Room size was good. We stayed in One Bedroom suite.
- Clean and well maintained throughout.
- Service was good.
- Had lunch in Charred and it was decent.
- Has a Spa and a mini mart on the 1st floor which is convenient for you to grab snacks. Tried the Spa massage 2 times and it really depends on which masseur you get. 1st try was good (that's why I went back for round 2), but 2nd try was meh.
- Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
- Pillows were flat and doesn't offer any support. Requested for firm pillows but what was brought to us was still the same. Had to stack 3 pillows in order to sleep.
- Casino: They allow smoking in there as well as the hotel lobby (literally saw a guest smoke at the lobby). And if you are planning to spend some time here, be warn that they only accept USD.
- Stayed at the Residence, but if you were to use any of the facilities at the resort side, you'll have to pay.
- Location: Really not great. A distance to get anywhere.
amazing facilities and food venues. friendly staff.
Very goood
Our family had such great time here. They offer wide variety of activities for all ages. Employees are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will come back here in the future.
Location, quietness, comfort, nice setup of furniture, room, facilities
No one could really help when we wanted to watch live games of the English Premier League around the hotel area
Likely the best integrated resort in Vietnam, if not Asia. The food if it's many outlets never disappoints.
Overall it was a great stay but it was annoying we were asked to pay more to use the beach pool (I argued I'd booked without this knowledge and they did wave it but it was a battle). We also had to pay for the watersports, beach hotel guests are FOC
The front desk is vert friendly and helpful while check in and check out. Will come again definitely
The staff are polite.
Having been in Hoi An for two weeks and stayed at two beautiful resorts nearby this place falls down big time.
Firstly it is not catered towards westerners. 95% or guests are from Taiwan/China and maybe a small percentage from Korea.
I booked Hoiana understanding that it was a huge resort village with multiple resorts, restaurants and pools, activities and beach. ( like Ayana, Rimba resorts in Bali) However when you get here there is a divide. You cannot freely use the other resorts pool without paying. I mean come on this place is not cheap and you spend the equivalent to a months rent in Danang for one nights accomodation. The residences feel like a residential building where people live full time or maybe have their holiday units? You can use the restaurants and there is a beach club off course and pay the big price tag. The lobby is boring and underwhelming and no welcome drink.
The pool area is boring and shaded by the buildings from mid day onwards.
The other resort in front is called Hoiana New World Resort, so you are not mistaken. The facilities and pool area look amazing. It’s huge but you can’t use it without paying even though they all share the same parcel of land. Again it’s not geared for up westerners.
Luckily we had stayed in two other stunning resorts in Hoi An so our trip wasn’t totally spoiled . It is soulless and not cheap and the restaurants are extremely overpriced.
My husband and I, along with our two children (7 and nearly 2) stayed here for 6 nights.
We booked 2 rooms, but one of the rooms was smaller than the other, so the information provided wasn't entirely accurate.
We had booked our stay well in advance and had requested a room on a higher floor to avoid mosquitoes. Unfortunately, when we arrived, they only had two rooms left, both on the second floor, which was disappointing. The receptionist assured us there wouldn’t be any mosquitoes on the second floor. However, as soon as we entered the room, we could smell mosquito spray, which we recognized from frequent use during our trips in Asia. Within the first hour in the room, both my daughter and I were bitten by mosquitoes. Throughout our stay, I killed several mosquitoes in our room every single day. But given that no other rooms were available, we made the best of the situation.
A big plus for the hotel is that they have their own healthcare staff, which is very reassuring.
Another highlight was the breakfast buffet at Aroma Restaurant—great atmosphere, a wide selection of food and drinks,
and an overall fantastic restaurant. I want to especially thank Kim Chi and Nghi for their excellent service at Aroma. Both were very thoughtful and took great car
The service was outstanding. The facilities first class. Fabulous variety of cuisine. Beach safe.
Nothing to complain about
Well I would of given a 5 Stars, cause of my room wasn’t an ocean views as I’ve booked online it said ocean view, they also mistaken my name in a different room. not happy 🙄🙄
everything! great rooms, great facilities, great staff!
almost nothing to complain about!
