It was value for money but the surrounding location wasn't that great.
Pros:

The swimming pool was ultimate. The kitchen/TV all were working conditions.

Cons:

The reception wasn't supportive in a way the host we were interacting didn't confirm our booking in timely manner. Also the checkin time was late and property demanded cash. It was hard time for us to pay in cash as we have to struggle through finding ATM. The location was given in Tower1 but the reception was in the Tower2. There was no intercom phone from hotel room to call the reception.
We have to call him on whats up and sometimes the host wasn't receptive. There was no floor mat in one of the bathroom.
We requested them the fresh towels but they took almost a day to send those.
The bathroom was spacious but didn't had rods to put the clothes on.

Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean and facilities are great.
The check in was at Tower 2 lobby and only cash was accepted for both deposit and room charge.
The location makes it convenient to catch the monorail to Bukit Bintang for night market and to Twin Towers.
