Cons:

Toothbrush n paste as well can be provided, along with other shower items..
And pool towels as well , so that lifts don't get wet

الشقة كانت نظيفة وواسعة ومجهزة بشكل جيد. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من العديد من المعالم والأماكن المهمة في كوالالمبور. كما أن الإطلالة والمرافق كانت جميلة، والشقة نفسها كانت على مستوى التوقعات.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions in Kuala Lumpur. The views and facilities were very good, and the apartment itself met our expectations.

واجهنا مشكلة في التكييف خلال أول ليلتين من الإقامة، مما تسبب في إزعاج كبير لعائلتي، خصوصًا مع وجود أطفال. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان تعامل موظف الأمتعة (Siva) مخيبًا للآمال وغير احترافي. وعلى الرغم من المشكلة التي واجهناها أثناء الإقامة، تم فرض رسوم إضافية على تخزين الأمتعة ولم نجد أي مرونة أو تقدير من الإدارة للظروف التي مررنا بها. مستوى خدمة العملاء للأسف لم يكن بمستوى جودة العقار.

The air-conditioning was not working properly during the first two nights, which caused significant discomfort for my family, especially with children. In addition, the service provided by the luggage attendant (Siva) was disappointing and unprofessional. Despite the inconvenience we experienced during our stay, we were still charged for luggage storage and were offered very little flexibility or goodwill from the management. The overall customer service did not match the quality of the property.

Had a wonderful stay at Opus Hotel..The staff name vivie and mada were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again

The view was superb. House very clean. Just, maybe the facilities can prepare for guest a mineral water in case guest are forgotten to buy mineral water. Overall the facilities was superb.
