Hotel International Iasi

We stayed at 611 ,standard double room overlooking iasi Palace, everything was great ,also the breakfast .What I didn't like was the no smoking policy that I can understand but in the same time smokers are also paying the same money to stay here and It would be very nice to have some sort of enclosed space to smoke with some heating source.Keeping people outside in the wind at the main entrance to try smoke isn't ok taking into consideration the price we all pay to book here.

We stayed at this hotel for a day and were very satisfied. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable, so we slept really well. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of fresh food. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again and can definitely recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival my room was terribly hot, 27 C. I called the front desk to ask for help in getting the room cooler. They sent up a young man who knew nothing about the thermostat or the AC system. Waste of time. I requested a second room key so I could leave it on while out to dinner. It took 6 hours for the room to cool to 21 C. The next morning, I found out the hard way that the hair dryer did not work. Once again a call to the front desk and the same young man appears at the door to basically check and see if I was too stupid to work a hair dryer. Nope, he could not get it working and no, they have no spares. No one even tried to help. I finally fiddled with the cord and got it working just enough to be able to present myself at work. My next trip to Iasi will be to a newer, more modern hotel.

This is the perfect place in Iasi - so cosy, elegant, with the nicest services and personel 💖 I really love this place and I am a fine observator of the hotels and pay attention to each detail of a place 🌟

There is an outdoor concert venue across the street which blasts music at about 100dB until 10pm and three nightclubs which play music loud enough to be able to hear it even with earplugs in until 3am, even on Sundays! Tried calling reception, but apparently the phone doesn't work. Finally spoke to the staff in person, who confirmed that that's how it is, nothing to do about it. The absolute most important thing a hotel has is the ability to actually sleep there: this hotel doesn't have that. If your plan is to sleep, don't stay here.

horrible experience ... I arrived at the hotel, I gave my ID at the reception, they confirmed that the hotel room was paid for through the agency and I was asked for a credit card for the mini bar. I said that I don't have a credit card but I pay everything in cash deposit for the mini bar. The receptionist told me that it was not possible, at which point I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came, he told me that if I didn't give my card to the mini bar, he wouldn't accept a cash deposit and that he wouldn't give me the room, even if it was paid for. Basically I paid for the room and they didn't accommodate me, I was left on the streets at 9:00 PM

The sauna is in bad shape. People attending the sauna, pool and Jacuzzi and misbehaving should be disciplined by staff.

Very good hotel, next to a mall and big super market, workers and very nice and helpful.
The breakfast the offer is good and has many options.
Rooms are spacious. The only disadvantage is that in some rooms you hear a lot of music and noise from the outside

The hotel is located in great spot next to the castle so the view is amazing.
The hotel stuff are all very kind and welcoming.
The room is very quite clean and super comfortable. Had a good rest there.

The food in the morning is good and various.

Great Hotel in Romania. our staying there had absolutely EVERTHING PERFACT, our room at the 8th floor was superb. the view of the Palac was in our fingertips and with the colors of the Automn-WOW fantastic. situated on the main steets but is a quiet hotel, is beautiful, staff is cordialy, bfast -vary, with great juices, dishes, even the coffee - which is so VERY bad all over Romania (sorry guys- Romanian ppl, but coffee isnt your best & stong suit) is here very good. several minutes from the hotel there is huge Auchan, magazines supermarket, restaurants, gardens.. it was our best stay in a hotel and i cant wait to be there again.
1 minus - No parking in the hotel just on the other side of the road, dont know what happens then in the seasons
1 strange thing though, when i come across good place, hotels, things i usually greet directly if it's the owner, restaurant manager, chef, hotel manager, etc. I've always been welcomed. here, at this hotel, They didn't allow me and I had the feeling that I was really being blocked. very strange

This is by far the best hotel in Iasi. We definitely recommend this hotel!

It must be at least the 5th time stay at International and it has always been excellent. Staff is friendly and courteous, rooms well maintained, location perfect.

Hotel International Iasi is a stylish 4-star hotel in a prime location, Palas commercial and cultural area, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clean having a good view to the city center. The staff is friendly and attentive, with efficient service overall. The on-site restaurant serves a diverse and delicious menu, particularly the breakfast buffet wich is very diversified. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including a fitness center, SPA and indoor pool. I really enjoyed the view from the sky bar over the Palas area, including to the Palatul Culturii building.

Air conditining not working in room, not easy to have room changed next day. Mannager not available to complain !

The hotel is nice and in the center of the city with a beautiful view of Iasi. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly but not knowledgeable to direct us to a good restaurant, etc. the rooms and beds are comfortable. The lobby of the hotel does not match the elegance of the rest.
