Me gustó la ubicación, el parcking amplio, el Hotel en general amplio, moderno, cómodo.

Cons:

Al momento de desayunar faltaba personal para responder a la demanda, quedabas esperando tranquilamente 10 a 15 minutos una taza o agua caliente. Prácticamente todos carecen de cordialidad y actitud amable, sinceramente nunca me había sucedido, en una oportunidad quien nos recibió el día del check - in podría decir un trato horrible. Es quizá algo general en Curazao pero deberían capacitar a quienes trabajan en turismo porque es bastante incomodo.

Better security surveillance, they tried to steal my rented car front bumper
better communication between hotel & casino and all the small gifts like 10% discount voucher on a meal, free welcome drink etc to avoid confusion put a time frame or validation period because it became a whole discussion that you can only choose 1 for the night. everybody has to be on the same page and have the same information. at one point i felt like because I'm black i could not afford to stay at the hotel.

Good hotel, don't pay for ocean view

The place is great, feels like a relatively new hotel, friendly staff and the location is good

Cons:

I paid for a "Oceanview room" and instead I got to see a pretty ugly parking lot with two abandoned containers with the ocean 200 meters away. Save yourself some money and just pay for the pool view

Muy buena ubicación, se puede caminar, súper seguro, farmacia disponible, clínica al frente ante una emergencia, buenos restaurantes para comer fuera muy cerca. El el hotel todo el personal muy atento y servicial. Le ayudan a buscar alquiler de carro rentado porque en taxi muy costoso.

Cons:

El tema de agua potable para ver. No hay servicio en la habitación a agua potable. Toca bajar y pedir que le regalen al restaurante y solo se dan un vasito pequeño de vidrio.
