La limpieza de las habitaciones eran PÉSIMAS, nunca recogían la basura y de 4 días que estuvimos no cambiaron ni una sola vez las toallas, adicional a ello se acabó el shampoo y el jabón del cuerpo y JAMÁS lo llenaron nuevamente, MAL MAL MAL para el precio que cobraron, PÉSIMO!

Tamanho dos quartos, limpeza!

Cons:

Atendimento de um funcionario no bar da piscina, mal treinado, grosseiro, sem nenhuma condicao de atender ao publico!

Pros:

La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, el colchón y las almohadas fantásticas, la ducha super espaciosa, al igual que el baño en general.La limpieza de la habitación inmejorable. El hotel cuenta con parqueo gratis y es muy conveniente, de hecho viajamos para fin de año y había una persona cuidando que personas ajenas al hotel tomaran los parqueos.

Cons:

El desayuno me decepcionó un poco... creo que podrían mejorarlo. Creo que el precio fue elevado, tal vez por la época...

La atención pésima en zonas húmedas , pague habitación para tres personas adultas costoso y era demasiado pequeña y con sofácama incómodo pequeño siempre recordarles toallas para el uso de tres siempre llevaban 2 nunca recargaron para hacer café es más ni se podía cafetera dañada , no había jabón para manos y la luz del baño conectaba con la de la habitación al prenderla a la madrugada para ir al baño ps los que estaban dormidos se despertaban , no concuerdan las fotos con lo real

Fijne locatie, nieuw en algemeen goed hotel.
Pros:

Locatie is prettig, dichtbij centrum Willemstad.

Cons:

Mieren in mijn bed. Werd opgelost, maar geen excuus of drankje aangeboden. Jammer.
