Superó mis expectativas
Pros:

Las instalaciones son bonitas y amplias. Resalto la limpieza de la habitación y el baño. Colchones y almohadas muy cómodas. La zona es silenciosa lo que favorece el descanso, pero lo suficiente cerca del puente de la reina Emma para poder ir caminando. Tiene su propio restaurante y zona para parquear.

Petit coup de cœur!
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique et la piscine superbe.
Le petit déjeuner a un buffet aussi bon que varié!
Confort, calme et propreté, pas trop loin du centre, relié à pieds!

Cons:

Le sol glissant de la piscine (dangereux avec des enfants) et la surprise post commande du chocolat chaud non inclus dans le petit déjeuner! Un détail qui reste surprenant pour le standing de l’hôtel..

Enjoyed our stay for the 1 night.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, rooms were nice everything was very clean and maintained.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast set up didn’t flow very well and the employees seemed unorganized. Everyone was going in different directions.

Lugar cómodo y en buena ubicación.
Pros:

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación. Puedes ir caminando hasta el Queen Emma Bridge y moverte en auto tanto a las playas del este como del oeste.

La vista es muy linda y se pueden ver cruceros diferentes cada día frente al hotel.

La opción con desayuno buffet vale bastante la pena.

Y el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte.

Cons:

Le falta un poco más de ambiente de vacaciones/fiesta al sector de la piscina. Un día tuvieron un Dj, bastante bueno, pero el resto de la semana hay música en el bar, pero que no se logra escuchar desde las reposeras.

muy bueno.
Pros:

Todo nuevo, muy cómodas las camas, buena ventilación y buen aire acondicionado. El baño muy grande, buenisima ducha. Sábanas y toalla en muy buen estado. Tiene cafetera y mini frigobar en la habitación. Y en cada piso del hotel hay una máquina de hielos (excelente).
La pileta muy grande y con un jacuzzi muy bueno.
Recomendado el desayuno (está hasta las 10 y media) y el personal del restaurante muuuy amable, todos muy atentos y copados. A destacar Laica, muy buena onda y súper amable.
Ojalá sigan manteniendo el lugar impecable y la atención.

Mauvaise expérience
Cons:

Toilette qui ne fonctionne pas bien dans la chambre 277. On a dû faire venir les gens d’entretien à plusieurs reprises pour déboucher la toilette, et ils ont demandé qu’on jette le papier dans la poubelle.
Vieux tapis très sales dans les chambres et corridors. Odeur d’urine dans la salle de bains à l’arrivée. L’hôtel était plein et on n’a pas pu changer de chambre.
La nourriture était correcte.
Le personnel était blasé, peu aimable sauf au resto.

Will try the Marriott beach resort next trip where staff is very welcoming and pleasant
Pros:

Very convenient location. About a 10 minute walk to Queen Emma Bridge and surrounding area. Beautiful hotel and pool. Very clean exceeded expectations.

Cons:

The front staff was not friendly and quite rude. The one time I called them on the hotel phone to ask a question I had to call back 4 times to finally get someone and the phone ranged for a good 5 minutes the 4th time. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and kind.
