Pros:

The location is excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. The accommodations are spacious and contemporary, and the breakfast service is exceptional.

Cons:

The housekeeping service was unsatisfactory. We were required to contact the reception desk to request essential amenities such as soap and toilet paper, as well as to arrange for an expedited cleaning service. Given the price point, one would reasonably anticipate returning from the beach at 4 PM to a prepared room.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones bonitas, habitación amplia y con camas muy cómodas, tuvimos un buen descanso, bastante recomendado. La piscina es agradable con vista al puerto donde llegan los cruceros.

Cons:

A algunos empleados les falta algo de amabilidad y proactividad. Podrían mejorar la variedad en el desayuno.

Conforto e luxo agradável em Otrobanda.
Pros:

O hotel tem 2 anos de operação e suas instalações são excelentes. A simpatia de seus funcionários e gerente são contagiantes. O café da manhã é bem sortido. Sua piscina é excelente e uma boa opção para pós praias.

Cons:

Trata-se de característica dos hotéis nas ilhas que não possuem ducha higiênica nos banheiros.
