Pros:

Absolutely amazing staff - so courteous and helpful. Clean and has all you need for a great stay. Lovely pool area. Went out of their way to help me out with early checkin when I arrived early with s fracture Recommend.

Cons:

We could give the hotel a good rating, because it was quite decent for Singapore - both in terms of price and amenities. But one very unpleasant situation spoiled the impression and assessment of this hotel. I traveled with my daughter, we specially booked a two-story room so that everyone had their own space. On the first floor there was a double bed, on the second floor there was a sofa. When we arrived at the room, we saw that only the bed was ready for bed, and asked to prepare a sofa. At our request, the employees replied that we had to pay another $400 for this. We paid for this room and had the right to sleep where we were comfortable (even on the floor), our request did not lead to the destruction of the room, did not increase the number of booked persons. We just wanted to sleep separately, so we booked such a room. At the time of booking, we were not informed that the use of the sofa costs extra. As a result, we moved to a lower category room without compensating for the difference in cost. This situation significantly spoiled the impression of the hotel and our mood. By the way, when we rented similar rooms in other hotels in different countries, the administration fulfilled our request without any problems. Conclusion - do not recommend this hotel.

I looooved my stay at Citadines in Singapore! 🥹✨ The room had the perfect amount of space, was always clean, and they even gave free juices and snacks every day (such a nice touch!). The staff was super helpful and kind throughout my stay.

The location is great, and it’s really close to the MRT—perfect if you don’t feel like walking under the sun all day ☀️🚇
