Trotz der Anmerkungen würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, SIN zu erkunden.
Pros:

Ein gepflegtes Hotel im sehr guter Lage. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Fluss und von dort am Wasser entlang zu Restaurants und Geschäften.

Cons:

Wenn dies überhaupt ein Kritikpunkt ist, aber ich habe gerne eine Steckdose im Badezimmer. Die Schalter für die Beleuchtung im Zimmer waren auch etwas verwirrend.

Great stay, in every aspect
Pros:

It was very good. I’ve been to many hotels in Singapore, also ones that were more expensive than Citadiness City Center. But I had the best stay out of all of them here.

Wha makes it exceptional is the personal. Everybody did a fantastic job and tried to assist me with my requests as good as possible and beyond.

Although this applies to everyone, I want to especially name Mr. Shaun here who was just incredible in terms of service and friendliness :)

Thank you for making my stay unforgettable.

Cons:

Just a small minor critique point: I feel like the lobby itself was a little bit small for just casually sitting around for some time.

Would stay here again. Lovely hotel with great facilities in a good location and very helpful staff.
Pros:

It was in a great location, close to MRT
Staff were helpful and polite
Room was clean and comfortable with some nice extras like dental kits, sewing and shaving kits and nice toiletries.
Also yummy free ice creams between 3-6pm each day ☺️

najbardziej podobało mi się położenie w centrum miasta

Cons:

zdecydowanie nie podobał mi się personel obsługujący w recepcji ,brak kontaktu z dyżurnym menadżerem oraz brak kontaktu nawet telefonicznego z działem rezerwacji. Nie podobało mi zrzucanie przez osoby w recepcji problemów na bliżej nieokreślony zarząd, którego nie mogłem poznać ani z imienia ani nazwiska. Nie mogłem też poznać żadnych osób odpowiedzialnych osób odpowiedzialnych

I am not staying Citadines again.
Pros:

The shower was strong. The location is quiet, There was free ice cream

Cons:

I had to drink water from a tap. No bottle water. So unhygienic. Front counter staff is not that welcoming, and appeared annoyed when asked more on how to get to ION Mall. If you cannot deal with customers asking questions then do not be in the hospitality industry and definitely do not be at the front counter. Perhaps his manager put him in that post that the staff hates. Or the guy who attended to me was the Manager himself. I dont know. Funny how annoyed he appears when I keep asking him if the direction from left and right of Citadines reaches to ION Mall.
