Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und für unseren Aufenthalt ideal. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Reinigungskräfte, die jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend waren. Auch der Check-in und Check-out waren grundsätzlich unkompliziert.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Hotel insgesamt nicht unseren Erwartungen und aus unserer Sicht auch nicht wirklich der Darstellung auf den Fotos. Besonders das Personal an der Rezeption empfanden wir als wenig hilfsbereit, ineffizient und teilweise unfreundlich. Anfragen wurden nur langsam bearbeitet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr klein und bot nur eine begrenzte Auswahl. Während unseres gesamten zweitägigen Aufenthalts war das Restaurant aufgrund privater Veranstaltungen geschlossen, sodass wir es als Hotelgäste überhaupt nicht nutzen konnten.

Auch der Pool ist deutlich kleiner und wirkt anders als auf den Bildern. Das angegebene Fitnesscenter würden wir kaum als solches bezeichnen: Es handelt sich um einen sehr kleinen Raum von ungefähr 2 × 2 Metern mit lediglich wenigen Geräten.

Die Zimmer waren zudem extrem stark heruntergekühlt, wobei sich die Klimaanlage nicht vollständig ausschalten ließ. Unser Zimmer verfügte außerdem nur über ein Fenster im Badezimmer, wodurch der eigentliche Schlafbereich kein Fenster und kaum natürliches Tageslicht hatte.

Insgesamt fanden wir die Darstellung des Hotels auf den Bildern deutlich ansprechender als das, was uns vor Ort erwartet hat.

近所にショッピングセンターがあり、フードコートもあるため特に困ることはなかった。

Enjoyable stay & short walk to Clarke Quay
Pros:

Clean & tidy. Filtered drinking water in bathroom. Good water pressure in shower. Complementary snacks & beverages in fridge & ice cream between 3-6pm. Swimming pool very refreshing.

Cons:

We didn’t see there was a button to select for housekeeping so we missed out - however we just swapped our towels from the trolley

Compact, nice and clean room with comfortable bed. Very good location.
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights back in May. Initially booked a Superior Queen but was upgraded to a Deluxe Queen room at check-in. Room was compact but nice and clean, with very refreshing colour schemes. Bed was very comfortable.
The best part was that every thing provided at the minibar were complimentary, including snacks and drinks. The top-floor restaurant (payable) offered fantastic views of the pool and garden.

Also, Sean at the reception was incredibly helpful and informative. Once I had trouble opening the pack of chips and called the reception for a pair of scissors, he immediately brought this to my room and cut the pack open for me. At check-out, he also offered me the comlimentary post-check out shower facilities, for which I eventually didn't make use of due to time constraints. Here I'd like to express my gratitude to him.

Cons:

Gym - Located at top floor. Very tiny with minimal equipment. Unstaffed and air-con was not on.
Luggage storage space in room - Positioned right at the room entrance. Too small and narrow to fit in my large suitcase. If I placed my suitcase there, it would block the entrace. I ended up placing the suitcase on the floor.

Great Location at a Decent Price
Pros:

It was located in a central location, close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. There were plenty of food and drink options nearby as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. The pool on the roof was a nice touch after a hot, humid day in August.The staff was pleasant and helpful.
