Great location and facilities - would stay again
Pros:

Great location - easy to use the mrt to get to the main sights. Close to shopping centres for a variety of food.
Pool was nice after a hot day. Rooms consistently cleaned, and stocked with a variety of free treats making the stay a little bit more special.

Cons:

Some neighbouring rooms were a bit loud with door slamming at night - however this is a guest issue not a hotel fault.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location (close to train, bus and shopping mall), enjoyed the cafe on the ground floor & the complimentary ice-cream.

Well located, very comfortable hotel with great service.
Pros:

There was contemporary decor and the room, whilst not large, was very comfortable. The hotel is well located as it is close to Orchard Road and MRT. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the pool was very pleasant.

Fine for a few days
Pros:

The small rooftop pool was great for refreshing after a long hot day. The beds were comfortable and while we had a small room it had everything we needed.

Cons:

We had a late flight on the day of check out and based on other reviews I had been hoping to have a courtesy room to shower and change but we were offered to use the shower in the pool area on the roof and use the invalid toilet in the parking area on the ground floor. Not convenient at all, especially as it was raining and the shower on the roof needs to be accessed by going outside. Also while I was trying to organize myself and my daughter showering this area another guest also came to shower so it got crowded and awkward. This made the last hour of our trip stressful. I was so glad to leave in the end. I know this isn’t required by the hotel but it was an unpleasant end.
Als, breakfast is very small and not very good. The staff are nice but it’s not with the money. However there isn’t much else nearby to go to.
