Fabulous! Would stay there again.
Pros:

Great hotel. Can't fault it. Staff were amazing, particularly Shaun, who helped us with a terrible situation with the agent Head Out when I mistook them for the official website for Sentosa and booked with them. Great location. Loved staying there. Moved to Mercure at the end of our trip and regretted it!

Cons:

Beds weren't changed throughout our stay.

Clean rooms in a convenient location next to lovely Fort Canning park
Pros:

Excellent location close to subway and Fort Canning Park. Good value for Singapore. Can leave luggage and use of shower for late flights/departures. The rooftop pool!

Small rooms (although not unusual for Singapore) and the lack of a coffee pod machine in room.

Goed hotel op fijne locatie

Locatie vlakbij metro en dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden en de kamer

Heel veel lawaai s nachts op onze gang waar dus geen controle op was (slaande deuren, roepen)

Como tiene mas puntos negativos que positivos,NO VOLVERIA.

la ubicacion ,el metro al cruzar la calle, un centro comercial con buenos restaurantes al lado del metro.al salir del hotel hay varios sitios bonitos y selectos para tomar copas.Agradable el entorno para pasear de noche.

Cons:

Estuvimos 4 dias y dos de ellos tuvimos que reclamar y esperar ,por la tarde para que nos limpiaran la habitacion .El personal de recepcion no es agradable. Simpatia la justa.Pedimos un cambio de habitacion porque la que nos dieron al principio olia. La segunda perfecta.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Stayed there for 9 nights. Close to MRT and malls.

Cons:

Fridge in room was a little small, need to pack it correctly if getting anything from supermarket. Worked well though.

Amazing stay, I highly recommend
Pros:

Modern room with high ceiling, great shower facilities and spotless clean. Front desk listened, took notes and made arrangements to make it comfortable for my family. Accommodated our requests for rooms to be assigned side by side and late check out (at additional cost). Swimming pool with small air conditioned gym room is a bonus in a city centre location. MRT is located 5 minutes walk away next to the shopping mall.

Cons:

It does not have family rooms.

Clean and comfy in good location.
Pleasant staff and the free icecream each afternoon were a hit.
Rooftop buffet breakfast was $$$$$ for an average buffet, but heaps of options close by including foyer Cafe at much more reasonable prices. Pool was great after hot days sightseeing.

Lovely.
Pros:

Shaun was so helpful and kind every time I saw him. On day 1 I was greeted by nothing but warmth and welcoming hospitality.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was room maintenance seemed to just be making the bed instead of changing the sheets.
