Pros:

The bathrooms will benefit repaint and upgrades but the hot water is hot! The rooms didn’t have coffee, tea nor cups. In terms of stay it’s overall positive, we stayed to crash for the night to visit the Velankanni Church.

Pleasant n supportive staff. Good ambience. Overall excellent but there is scope for improvement in Dining options & Room amenities (The TV was not functioning at all) .

Pros:

booked online with special instruction but when we arrived there it was chaoetic . the rooms were not ready . booked 3 extra large double bed rooms but ended up with single bedroom for the same . the rates of the room was as equal to the bigger rooms . its a rip off. waited for 3 hours to get rooms ready. we had 3 children , 2 seniors and one pregnant lady among the group.
