Pros:

Amazing stuff especially Sushma is very helpful and the restaurant is also very Nice arpit
Jaikesh housekeeping staff are also all good

Cons:

the room corner has all the dust and some lines stain
The corridor was all dirty
Washroom toilet wash corner yellow
I don't have a face towel and towel in the washroom
I don't have laundry bag in the room
Please make sure to place all the amenities in the washroom next time I will visit again thank you to all of this staff

Clean, tidy room, courteous staff

Cons:

Irresponsible- communicated and confirmedthe restaurant and reception for early breakfast a day earlier yet the restaurant staff in morning was unaware of the request.

A 4-star rated property did not have fresh toileteries for each room. They put up a big dispenser for soap and shampoo for use of subsequent guests. Really unhygenic way of cost-cutting.

Pros:

The location was good, room size was pleasantly good and so we're the amenities in the room.

Food portion size was also good during dinner.

Breakfast spread, though not elaborate was good, and did get the personal care of omelette to order and fresh and warm puris.

Cons:

The ac buttons are very confusing and had to get up multiple tim3s during the night to toggle to get the optimum temperature.

I am not sure why remote controls are no longer provided as one needs to change during the night and have to get up.
