So sollten alle Hotels sein.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr nah zur U-Bahn. Großzügige Zimmer. schönes Bad. Freundliches Personal; hoher Schlafkomfort und sehr ruhig. Ein Zimmer, auf das man sich freuen kann. Das ganze dann noch zu einem sehr fairen Preis.

Cons:

Tatsächlich konnte ich keinen Haken oder etwas schlechtes finden.

Hotel super gut! Restaurant lieber meiden. Vor allem nach Fußballspielen der Bayern.
Pros:

Neues Hotel, gut ausgestattet. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, da die U-Bahn gleich nebenan ist und man dadurch problemlos in die Münchner Innerstadt fahren kann. Ebenfalls ist neben dem Hotel gleich ein Supermarkt. Das Personal (nicht im Restaurant) ist kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Entweder im Hoteleigenen Parkplatz, oder in der nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Parkgarage.

Cons:

So toll das Personal bei Rezeption und Bar ist, desto katastrophaler war das Personal im Hoteleigenen Restaurant. Zuerst mussten wir uns anstellen um überhaupt einen Platz zu bekommen, obwohl viele Tische frei waren. Dann hat es ewig gedauert bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Letztlich sind wir nach einer Stunde auf unser Essen wartend, gegangen, nachdem wir im 10 Minuten Takt vertröstet wurden und trotzdem zusehen mussten wie Gäste die 30 min nach uns kamen, bereits fertig gegessen hatten. Das Personal war absolut überfordert und meiner Meinung nach (sorry) UNFÄHIG!
