Rate too high for the service provided
Pros:

I just liked the breakfast.

Cons:

The rate was way too high for that hotel. The front desk woman when checking in asked too much information. I think the only information I didn't provide was my SSN. Too much information for WIFI, and not able to use swimming pool since it was always broken. Not available. Prepare to pay for parking also. It's not included.

Pros:

Loved how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance. Super clean and loved the breakfast.

Cons:

Shower floor is a little slippery. Maybe recommend a matt to put inside the shower.

Todo es perfecto la habitación muy limpia el personal muy amable, el desayuno es más de lo que esperábamos hay de donde escoger y muy delicioso tido y está muy cercas de la playa de mi habitación tenía vista a la playa nos encanto difinitivamente volvería !

i large part of why i had such an amazing time in santa cruz for vacation was because of staying in this hotel
Pros:

great parking right near the boardwalk and not too expensive of a fee. beautiful view of the beach and the pool was a nice touch. couch in my room could turn into a bed which was awesome and the big bed was so comfy.

Cons:

literally the only thing i could complain about is how when i turned on the tv both of the tvs in the room turn on and if one of them was off and i wanted to turn the one i was watching off, the one i wasn’t using would turn on. simple fix didnt change my experience at all just something that was weirdly funny
