Had a great experience and was not disappointed with property location! Would stay again for sure.
Pros:

Great location, just a quick 5 min walk or so to the pier. A block off the main strip which is great because you don’t get all the street noise that you do when you stay so close to the boardwalk. Fast, friendly check in and our room very clean which is my absolute must have! Parking is pricey at $25 additional a night but it is covered and gated so it’s nice to know your car and belongings are pretty safe.

Cons:

I wish properties would have a price with all fees included like parking. I would feel like I was getting a better deal and I wouldn’t have any surprises at check in with all the additional fees for this and that.

The location is great, right by the beach and the pier. Very close to a lot of local restaurants.

It would have been nice to have an ice machine on each floor instead of having to go to a different floor for ice.

Horrible
Pros:

Never got to try it I was harassed by staff from the beginning about my daughter crying in the room had an argument with my wife and got the cops called on us by staff had to find another hotel with my 3 month old baby at 2:30 am in the morning escorted of by police a wedding was there as well and where louder than our room and we continued to get the police called on us didn’t stay any nights and the hotel decided to keep all my cash as well as deposit for 2 untested nights I will be getting ahold to your corporate office along with my lawyer Scott lyons of Visalia ca as well as a news cast from Santa Cruz and yes I did threaten front desk that she will no longer have a job once this is all settled in court

It’s a good place to stay.

I will be back and stay in La Quinta super !!!
Pros:

The breakfast was really good keep it clean and warm, the location was perfect we was walking to the beach and the boardwalk close to restaurants and attractions

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was by the garage door and we can hear all the time car get in or out and was annoying went we want to relax but other than that was really good place to stay
