Mentioned that they have a car park, but actually they didn’t. I had to pay with the car park different place and then go there.

Overall I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Location of the hotel is advantageous because it is at the center of the city,makes it easier to travel other locations in Yalova. Even the standard room is very spacious and comfortable also clean. Breakfast was pleasant as well. I would prefer this hotel next time I will be in Yalova again.

Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personel. Otelin içi hoş serin ve havası iyi.
Ancak maalesef yatak örtüsü ve yastık kılıfı temiz değildi.
Otopark yok, yakın bir yerde var ama orada anahtar bırakılıyor ve pahalı.
Odalar sakin ama yan binadan çok klima sesi geliyor.

Yalavonın tam merkezinde herşey ayağınızın dibinde sahile yakın gezmek için güzel konum , otel çok güzeldi çok beğendim çoğu yıldızı yüksek pahalı otellerden çok daha iyi ,girişten odaya kahvaltı salonuna kadar tertemiz pırıl pırıl , oda ev gibiydi geniş ferah extra masa kanepe ,ve mutfak bile vardı ,banyo yine gayet temiz malzemeler lüx ve kaliteli , ekonomik paket aldım ama hissetmedim ekonomik olduğunu, kahvaltısı açık büfe değil lakin hem doyurucu taze ve gayet güzel çeşit hazırlayıp getiriyorlar 10-15 çeşit yiycek vardı. Tavsiye ederim yolum düşerse yine tercih edeceğim fiyatlarında aşırı artış olmaz ise. Termale gidecekler içinde merkezden her türlü araç bulurlar.

Odanin buyuklugu ve temizligi cok guzeldi. Tek sikintisi, oda klimayla isiniyordu ve m2 buyuk oldugu icin, isi yeterli degildi.
Kalorifer petegi ihtiyaci duyduk.
İsitmali havlupan olmadigi icin, banyo da soguktu.

Ottima struttura. 10 e lode per la pulizia e gli spazi.

First time to use Hotels.com but I will not use it any more , very bad experience,, the guy in reception simply told me your reservation not in their system ,

I liked the hotel a lot for many reasons first of all the hotel very nice and clean. They didn’t take so long when I asked for any kind of Service . It was so easy to communicate with people who worked there. The property is within walking distance to main attractions. you can get to the Ido (ferry) by walking 15 minutes or less. There’s many coffee shops and restaurant and markets all of them are affordable. I enjoy the ocean views since it was also within walking distance of the hotel.

Şehir merkezinde, otopark yok, en yakın otopark 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde ve anahtar bırakmalısınız, en düzgün otopark 10 dk mesafesinde kapalı otopark.
Kahvaltısı güzel, çatı katı odasında konakladık, oda genişliği iyi, banyo wc hacmi dar.

Odanın büyüklüğü ve temizliği gayet tatmin ediciydi. Otelin konumu çok güzel yerde. Kahvaltısı da tatmin ediciydi.

The grand luxury is way better than I expected. The room was so spacious and nice. I definitely will be staying here the next time I’m in Yalova.

I recently stayed here and absolutely loved it. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The elevator door did not open on my floor but the receptionist got the issue resolved very quickly. I have already booked another two visits here for the future. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location is right in the centre of Yalova, everything is within walking distance.
