Average. Outdoor swimming pool opens 10 - 6, so it has already closed before most people check in, and opens after they have checked out. Room is too dim. Not enough lightings. Far darker than antique and classic style. Create an ageing and unpleasant atmosphere.

杉のお風呂はかなり珍しいと思います。

ホテルは、リッチな山小屋風で素敵！スタッフの方々も慣れない感はありましたが親切でした。ただ夕食時に時間通りに行くと、席に案内されお食事を用意しますと言いながら放置され、こちらからお声がけするまでお料理が提供されず悲しくなりました。隣のお席のお客様にはドリンクのおかわりとか、給仕してらしたので、うちのテーブルにトレイにセットされたお料理さえきて無い事は、見えていたと思いますが、、お値段を考えるとガッカリでした（ ; ; ）

スタッフの皆さんが大変親切。お料理は、どれも丁寧に作られていて美味しい。
宿泊客も、シルバー世代のご夫婦が多く、落ち着いていて良かった。ホテル周辺の景色も素晴らしい。ずっとこの雰囲気であってほしい。

Pleasant stay overall. Staffs were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They were flexible enough to make our breakfast earlier due to our early departure, which helped us a lot and it was very much appreciated.

綺麗なホテルで、朝のバイキングも夕食(和食懐石)も美味しかったです。特に朝の海老の串焼きは、大きくてぷりぷりでとても美味しかったです。露天風呂が無いのが残念でしたが、脱衣室が混み合うこともなく、脱衣室に鍵付きの引き出しがあるのも便利でした。全体的にゆったりとした造りで、空間に余裕があるところも良かったです。古川の実家の法事に出席するために泊まりましたが、アクティビティもあるようなので、今度は家族で楽しむ為に訪れたいです。
