Breakfast didn’t taste good
We arrived late and came in to be greeted by smiling faces. Savannah checked us in quickly and triple checked to see if there was a lower floor. Gave us options and we were very happy with our room.
Breakfast was sufficient. You could make your own waffles. I wish that thy had bacon in addition to sausage. The place looks relatively new. It's convenient to shopping, BayCare ballpark, and there is easy access to the beach.
You're so close to highway 19 that you hear traffic rumbling 24/7. I went to Walgreens and bought ear plugs.
This is a convenient location to both the Phillies spring training facility and to the Blue Jays Dunedin TD Ballpark. The very accommodating staff made a necessary room change after our first night of a three-night stay a seamless transition, instead of what could have been a real inconvenience. Not only did they hold our bags until our new room was ready, but also delivered them to our new room while we were enjoying our spring training holiday activities. Every space, including the breakfast area, was very clean, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Parking was easy. Location o the hotel was close to relatives that live there.
1- Breakfast was really bad. No protein variety, only greasy unhealthy sausage patties. The last day (Monday) was better. The showers are terrible. The 1/2 glassed in showers might be good in Europe, but they are inconvenient and a nuisance to use in the U.S. The coffee served was horrid. It was extremely strong and acidy. I got nothing that I had requested at time of registration and the clerk told me that I got what was available. Teens were in the pool swimming, yelling, and disturbing after 10:00 Pm and the pool wasn't even open. I had to go into the hall and yell at some teen hockey players to keep the noise down in the halls where they were running and yelling after 10:00.
Excelente estadia!
We killed two cockroaches in the room
The customer service is very good and breakfast is good too
This hotel is in a great location, close to shops, markets, and restaurants. Additionally, if you're interested in visiting not only Clearwater Beach, but also St. Pete and Tampa, it works perfectly.
Some highlights: included parking (you'll notice that parking is quite expensive in many places), a kitchenette in the apartment (perfect for family trips, especially with children). The included breakfast is also a great advantage; they have a good variety of breads, muffins, yogurt, milk, cereal, oats, eggs, and waffles.
What we didn't like: the bathroom was supposed to have a bathtub but came with a shower instead. That wasn't a problem in itself, but the glass shower enclosure didn't cover the entire area, and every shower resulted in a flood in the bathroom. Room service didn't come for a day and a half. We even had to take out the trash ourselves and ask for more towels, as well as dishwasher soap to wash the dishes. In the end, they charged us for the soap, which I found absurd since we only asked for it because the housekeeper didn't clean and left no soap from the previous day.
Overall, I would return because of the location and amenities.
Nice hotel
$150.00 pet fee was not mentioned in Booking.com website. Very high fee.
Nice hotel that is clearly new and very clean. Has EV chargers for guests, nice gym, complimentary breakfast and spacious rooms. Pet friendly for a fee of $150/stay. The only thing that would deter me from staying again is how absolutely terrible the water pressure and shower in general was. My husband and I agree that it’s the worst shower we’ve experienced in a Marriott.
Location was great. It was a big room, but the the layout wasn't like the pictures and it was more cramped. Staff was very nice and room was clean. Area felt safe
The layout of the room. The couch was facing the bed and it was cramped. No light by the couch so it was really dark on that side even though we had all the lights on. I was expecting a better breakfast, but it was ok. The breakfast staff kept the items full and were very nice.
Staff was cordial and room was clean.
We only stayed one night. A very busy highway runs right next to it and we had a room in the front. Could not sleep at all until 2am to maybe 4:30am. Thought there would have been better soundproofing.
