1) The incredible views & peaceful nights
2) Marina , that checked us in
3) Size of the seaview 1 bedroom king they upgraded us to
4) The prompt valet service & polite bell porter

Cons:

1) The place did not exude a sense of warmth nor welcome.
2) No personal "touch" to welcome guests like many other 5 star hotels. For e.g, a small plate of fruits or chocolates with a wlcm note in the room. You walk into a stark cold room ok. You are St.Regis. Where is your personal touch?
