هناك ملاحظات جوهرية يجب على أي نزيل معرفتها، وإذا كنت ستأتي بسيارتك الخاصة فهذا بالتأكيد ليس المكان الأنسب لك.
ملاحظاتي على الفندق كالتالي:
لا توجد مواقف سيارات مناسبة. سيخبرونك أن تترك سيارتك وسيقومون بإيقافها، لكنك ستجدها متوقفة تحت أشعة الشمس المباشرة، ولن تستطيع قيادة سيارتك بنفسك وإيقافها في مكان مظلل أو بعيد عن الشمس.
السرير يصدر أصواتًا ومتهالك بشكل واضح، كما أن رائحة المخاد غير جيدة ولا تعكس مستوى النظافة والراحة المتوقع من الفندق.
موظفو الأمن غير احترافيين ولا يتعاملون مع الزائر باللباقة والترحيب المتوقعين. قد تدفع مبلغًا كبيرًا مقابل إقامتك، لكنك للأسف لن تجد مستوى التعامل المهني والخدمة التي تتوقعها.
لا توجد أي خدمات أو مزايا لافتة. الفندق عادي جدًا، ومن وجهة نظري قد لا يستحق حتى تصنيف 3 نجوم.
عمال التنظيف ربما يتخلصون من بعض الاكياس الخاصة بالماركات التي تشتريها دون ان يتأكدون من ذلك

Unfortunately, the hotel does not reflect the value paid for it.
There are major issues that any guest should consider, and if you are coming with your own car, this is definitely not the ideal place for you.
My comments about the hotel are as follows:
There is no proper parking facility. They will tell you to leave your car and they will park it for you, but you will find it parked under direct sunlight. You will not be able to park your car yourself in a shaded or protected area.
The bed makes noises and is clearly worn out. Also, the pillows had an unpleasant smell, which did not reflect the level of cleanliness and comfort expected from the hotel.
The security staff are not professional and do not deal with guests in a polite or welcoming manner. You may pay a significant amount of money for your stay, but unfortunately, you will not receive the level of professional service and hospitality you would expect.
There are no remarkable services or features. It is a very ordinary hotel, and in my opinion, it may not even deserve a 3-star rating.

Location of the hotel is good being on the Pearl and near cafes and restaurants.
Two members of St Regis staff opened my apartment door when I was in the apartment which was odd.
Butler service was terrible, dis-interested in guests and not helpful.
For a women there is no dressing table to dry your hair, bedroom is badly thought out.
Hotel struggles to identity if it is for hotel guests or people that have bought residences there.
Breakfast room service was not available until after 11:30am on the hotel app which was very odd. Had to order in from Talabat and the. Was told it couldn’t be brought to my room..very odd!
Drinks and food are not served at the pool until after 12 noon which again was very odd for hotel guests at a 5* hotel.
We had to wait over an hour for our food and drinks order at the pool area which was a chaotic mess.
No signs in the building to find the hotel restaurants, it’s a maze and very difficult for hotel guests to navigate around. Yes.
