Amazing location and views, perfect to disconnect and chill.
Pros:

The hotel is fantastically located in The Pearl, offering beautiful views of both the marina and the sea.

All the staff were extremely kind and professional. The room is very spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the in-room dining service was fast and of excellent quality.

Cons:

The only aspect that, although not negative, could be improved would be slightly expanding the variety at the breakfast buffet and adding a bit more staff. The waiters were clearly overwhelmed when all the tables were full, which resulted in slower service simply because they were doing their best but could not keep up.

Excellent amentities and service friendly staff and super responsive to feedback. Luxury feeling and excellent treatment

Cons:

Food service extremely slow even for simple sandwich requests. Very disappointing for a palace of that prestige. Complained about it and got good response and discount as compensation

Cons:

1) The place did not exude a sense of warmth nor welcome.
2) No personal "touch" to welcome guests like many other 5 star hotels. For e.g, a small plate of fruits or chocolates with a wlcm note in the room. You walk into a stark cold room ok. You are St.Regis. Where is your personal touch?
