All details of the hotel starting from the warm welcoming of the reception staff with quick processing of check in followed by excellent room services reaching a luxury room with outstanding bathroom.
Breakfast buffet was great with much variety of dishes along with excellent services lead by a role mode of operations director Mr. Cihan who was just I want to call the staff he immediately came to me offering his assistance, so he really deserves to be highly appreciated

The breakfast and dinner and view from 44th floor was amazing! Awesome!
The hotel interior was beautiful. From the moment you enter the lobby to the time you reach your room, it felt like quintessential New York style. The staff were amazing, and the Michelin-starred restaurants were exceptional.

The service is as top-notch from the moment we walked in. The staaf were so friendly and attentive, making us feel VIP. The amenities were fantastic, our room had everything including the comfy bed, great wifi. We also loved the pool and the spa, which both well-maintained. I would definitely recommend tthis hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay

Really stylish hotel -- true luxury from start to finish. Highly attentive staff and fabulous spa. 1930s feel. Superb foot. Exceptional value.
No complaints -- except that the steam room was closed for refurbishment. Sure it's open now. Shower pressure in the room could be improved.
This hotel is absolutely stunning in terms of beauty and cleanliness; it deserves a million stars! The receptionist, Sherine, was amazing; she was incredibly helpful, and I will definitely be back soon.
