Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. The view the staff all incredible! Made us feel really welcome and were amazing with our two infants. Definitely recommend. Loved both the restaurants and was given a tour of all amenities by one of the staff. Also allowed us a late check out. Very impressed and would definitely recommend. Would love to stay here again.

Loved my stay there
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere and quality of service were exactly what you would expect from a Waldorf Astoria. I would definitely stay here again.

ارجو اهتمام بالتنظيف ومتابعة العميل يوميا ليس مجرد كتابة راحة العميل

عدم الاستجابة عند طلب غرض معين او التأخير والأبواب تغلق فجاة ويتطلب وقت طويل تصل إلى ساعتين وتكرار الاتصال بهم إلى أن يصلو للتصليح وعدم تنظيف الغرف مجرد ترتيب الفراش وإخلاء القمامة وعدم اضافة ادوات الكوفي لمدة خمس ايام وكانت المره الاولى فقط وطلبت عدة مرات ان ألغى الاقامة من ثالث يوم ولا مجيب

موظف الاستقبال أيمن كان مؤدب جداً واحترافي وطلبت منه ان تكون الغرف كونكت واعتذر بعدم التوفر لكنه كان يعرض علي أنها في حال التوفر من الغد سيخبرني وزردنا اتصال لكن لم نرد

ايضا موظفة الاستقبال ياسمين كانت متجاوبة وخلوقة جداً وقدم لنا عدة خدمات فلها وافر الشكر والعرفان

بوفيه الافطار مميز جداً وحاصل على نجمة ميشلان

وجود مسبح نسائي خاص

حقيقة لايوجد الا ملاحظة بسيطة وهي المدربة ذات البشرة السوداء التي تعمل في المسبح لم يكن تعاملها لائقاً بدرجة كافية
