Pros:

I registered my car, but I was told to pay when I left, and I waited endlessly until someone came. The cleaning condition is dirty. I'm a little annoyed that I didn't get ready for the shuttle bus on time and had to wait in the hot car.

Overall it was good, but the convenience store was unfriendly, there was no separate smoking booth, it was hot and I had to walk a long way, and there was not even a single sunshade, so I thought it was a hotel that didn't have this much consideration for its guests.

Pros:

I liked double tree because of how quiet it was. It was silent in my room when I slept. The cleanliness was amazing too everyday they took care of cleaning the place and it was spotless. That is why in my opinion double tree is a 5 star hotel. We stayed in room 1552 in the Residence. Amazing experience.
