Review Highlights

Pros:
Very friendly and helpful staff
Very clean rooms and linens
Good central location, easy walking to attractions
Useful in-room amenities (hairdryer, fridge, kettle, coffee)
Comfortable beds
Quiet despite central location
Cons:
Occasionally rooms in basement/underground and therefore dark
One severe service failure: confirmed booking cancelled on arrival
Promised breakfast not always provided
Some streets/route to hotel poorly lit at night

Categories

Cleanliness
9.81
Multiple reviewers explicitly praise cleanliness: 'чисто и приятно', 'идеально чисто', 'camera pulita', 'clean and cozy' — rooms and linens described as very clean and well maintained.
Service
7.98
Mixed signals: many comments note very friendly, helpful staff ('персоналът е супер любезен', 'very responsive', 'Host was a nice person'), but a severe negative incident (owner cancelled a confirmed, paid reservation at arrival) and at least one complaint about missing promised breakfast lower the score.
Location
9.42
Mostly positive: several guests highlight a very good, central location and easy walking access to attractions; one comment notes a 10-minute walk and a poorly lit street at night, which is a minor drawback.
Room Quality
8.27
Generally comfortable and cozy with good beds, but multiple mentions that some rooms are in the basement/underground and therefore dark or less desirable ('chambre au sous-sol', 'piano sotterraneo', 'в подвале'), reducing the room-quality score.
Amenities
9.5
Guests note useful in-room amenities: hairdryer, fridge, kettle, cups/plates/utensils, coffee/cream/sugar and water — these thoughtful provisions are repeatedly appreciated.
Value for Money
9.46
Several comments indicate strong value (one explicitly says quality is higher than price) and overall satisfaction with cost versus quality, despite isolated service failures.
Food and Beverage
8.51
A specific complaint that breakfast was promised but not provided reduces this score; otherwise F&B is not broadly discussed in reviews.
Overall Experience
9.88
Overall sentiment is strongly positive for most guests (clean, friendly staff, good location, good amenities). A rare but serious cancellation incident and a few room-basement comments temper the experience for some, but the majority of feedback is highly favorable.

Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile, camera pulita

Cons:

Cons:

Всё супер

Stay away from this ‘hotel’
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

At 5 PM on the day of our arrival, the owner informed us that they did not have a room available for us, despite the reservation already being confirmed and fully paid.

This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The owner offered to “find a solution” by arranging another hotel for us, but at an additional cost to us, which we obviously declined.

We were left without the accommodation we had booked and paid for until the last minute with two small kids. Very disappointing experience and a serious lack of professionalism.
