Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour Santa Cruz!
Pros:

Très confortable. Avec tous les équipements utiles et qui fonctionnent, propreté tout à fait impeccable. Personnel sympathique. Nombreux services.
Excellent petit déjeuner et cuisine de qualité pour la Bolivie, un excellent deal.. J’avais même un parking couvert et fermé pour mon 4x4 de location.

Cons:

Un peu sombre dans les chambres et lieux partagés

Great value, location, good breakfast. Just be prepared for very small room and tight parking.

Breakfast was great, good value and location. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Cons:

Parking was very tight, only a few spots and the lady at the front desk was not very nice, Rest of the employees were super nice, just one bad apple. Rooms are very small.

Da cama, travesseiros, lençóis e toalhas macias.

Do ar condicionado que nao ficava em frente a cama.

Do atendimento da recepcionista Andrea(sugiro orientar a atender melhor o cliente)

Pros:

Sehr cooler Ausblick vom 10. Stock aus dem Zimmer auf die Kirche. Schöne, dezente Zimmerausstattung. Super Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl.

Cons:

Personal konnte wenig Infos auf Englisch geben zur Sicherheit in der Stadt (zu meidende Orte/Strassen) und Aktivitäten. Ein Stadtplan mit Infos wäre hilfreich. Lage an der Hauptstrasse ganze Nacht laut (mit Ohropax aber kein Problem).
