Das Bett

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Verspätung des Fliegers von 3 Stunden. Ich hatte über Booking COM im Hotel Bescheid gesagt, dass der Fahrer nicht warten soll beziehungsweise später uns abholt.
Zweimal hab ich es geschrieben und zweimal wurde über Booking com es nicht an den Fahrer weitergegeben. Selber habe ich auch keine Antwort erhalten.
Mit dieser Verspätung kamen wir um 11:15 Uhr PM im Hotel an. Eine kühle Begrüßung und als ich fragte, ob es noch etwas Wasser oder ein kleinen Snack geben könnte, wurde strikt verneint.
Somit sind wir aufs Hotelzimmer, und da wir am nächsten Morgen schon sehr früh weiterfliegen mussten, sind wir ins Bett gegangen.
Insgesamt eine sehr kühle, unfreundliche Begrüßung.
Am nächsten Morgen 7:30 Uhr sollte es Kaffee geben. 7:35 Uhr sagte mir die Kellnerin sie hätte gerade den Stecker für den Kaffee in die Steckdose gesteckt, heißt der kalte Kaffee vom letzten Abend wurde warm gemacht, aber da wir weiter mussten, gab es keinen Kaffee. Also eine falsche Aussage, dass es 7:30 Uhr Frühstück gibt und dazugehört ein warmer Kaffee. Ich kann niemanden dieses Hotel empfehlen, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. Abends eine kleine Flasche Wasser und ein Snack . Es ist nicht möglich morgens um 7:30 Uhr einen Kaffee zu trinken, da der Kaffee vom Abend erst warm gemacht werden muss.
Das Zimmer, das Bett, die Matratze, alles okay?
Für ein Ibis Hotel, auch in Bolivien, vier Punkte.
