I almost always stay at Ibis when I go to Santa Cruz. Great staff, great breakfast, great shower.

Quisieron cobrarnos 1 día más si nos daban la habitación 4 hs antes, después rebajaron a 1/2 tarifa y como no aceptamos 1/4 de tarifa.

Muy lindo hotel, pequeñas pero cómodas habitaciones, agradables zonas para sentarse a trabajar y/o conversar. Ubicación conveniente.
El buffet es lo máximo
Pedí whiskey y me dieron algo adulterado que me dejo en cama todo el dia siguiente (el whiskey no da resaca nunca me a dado en 10 años hasta ahora...) tengan cuidado con las bebidas alcohólicas del lugar, tambien escuche a personas cogiendo en la habitación de a la par lo que comunique y lo solucionaron pero fue molesto

Hotel excelente, no padrão de conforto Ibis. Localização otima, quarto bom, cama confortável. Atendimento extremamente gentil, café da manhã muito farto, jantar muito bom.

Internet no funcionaba bien en todas las habitaciones. No siempre había agua disponible en en lobby. Sería bueno que hubiera café de cortesía en el lobby del hotel. El personal no prestó atención cuando les pedí en dos ocasiones que me despertaran a la mañana , y no lo hicieron.
