The Ibis is the only hotel we stayed in while visiting friends in Bolivia. Every time we came back in to Santa Cruz we stayed there again. The staff at the desk were very welcoming. The rooms were clean, and the shower was very refreshing. I would stay here again. The breakfast had a large choice of fresh fruit, breads and meats. We also had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and it was very good as well.
The only complaint I had was on our first stay we weren't granted a later check out time and we didn't arrive until like 5am from our flight (after 30 hours of traveling) and we only got to enjoy the room for a few hours before having to check out, and we missed the amazing breakfast (we paid for) so we could sleep. But, with that being said, on our second and third stay we did get to enjoy the breakfast we paid for, as well as a dinner or two. The cost of bottled water was a bit steep at 12 Bolivianos each, but nice that it was available for travelers like us from the US that do not do well without it.

À l’occasion d’une arrivée en pleine nuit, le réceptionniste a voulu au moment du paiement faire le même taux de change en euro qu’avec le dollar … pas très pro pour cette chaîne.

Gostei do lanche íbis servido no restaurante e recomendo. Logo que chegamos, tarde no hotel, fomos muito bem recebidos, os funcionários são muito atenciosos. A cama e travesseiro são muito confortáveis, chuveiro a gás bem quentinho.
Achei um pouco barulhento, é possível ouvir o barulho da rua, carros e motos passando à noite, a pia do banheiro estava entupida e o box estava com cheiro de esgoto vindo do ralo. O elevador estava bem sujo. O café da manhã achei que poderia ser de melhor qualidade.
Hotel Ibis Santa Cruz de la Sierra to bardzo dobry wybór zarówno na krótki pobyt, jak i podróż służbową. Pokoje są czyste, nowoczesne i wygodne, a łóżka zapewniają komfortowy sen. Personel jest uprzejmy i pomocny, a zameldowanie przebiega sprawnie. Na plus zasługuje również dobra lokalizacja. Hotel oferuje bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny i spełnia standard, z którego marka Ibis jest znana. Z przyjemnością zatrzymałbym się tutaj ponownie.
Przydałaby się woda w pokoju — wtedy byłoby idealnie.

The hotel was clean, had a nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice bed.
Ibis generally has a problem with places to put your things, this was no different than any other ibis, a lack of places to put your stuff. TV didn't work, and Lack of outlets in proper places.
