Funcionários muito educados, atenciosos, prestativos.
Apartamento limpo, cama muito boa, mais de um travesseiro e confortáveis.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, ótima estrutura, maravilhoso café da manhã, em frente a um shopping, enfim, local excelente para estar em SP a trabalho ou mesmo a lazer.

Intercity Tatuapé: vale a pena se hospedar de novo!
Pros:

Da excepcional cozinha... Além da variedade, o sabor. Pela primeira vez, encontrei opções para pessoas diabéticas feito eu e para quem faz dieta.

Cons:

Alguns desencontros de informações. Um disse que o restaurante abriria às 11, mas só abriu às 12, por exemplo. O que atrapalhou de certa forma minha programação. Tive que correr para comer no shopping.

A localização é ótima. O atendimento da maioria dos funcionários é muito bom.

Cons:

O hotel cobra uma taxa de serviço de 10% do valor da hospedagem. Esta taxa não aparece no Booking. Quando questionei, o recepcionista durante o check-in, ele me disse que a taxa era "opcional", mas fica o constrangimento. Sobre o hotel em si, o café da manhã deveria ser melhor, considerando o nível do hotel, por exemplo, eles cobram omelete e tapioca à parte.....

Pros:

Quarto excelente, muito legal a Alexa no quarto comandando cortinas, ar condicionado.

Cons:

Café da manhã bem simples. Achei o quarto muito barulhento, estava próximo à saída de funcionários. Batidas de porta... enfim, muito barulho.

Cons:

Fiz um reserva pelo bookin, ao pagar na hospedagem cobraram uma taxa de 10% sobre o valor, e isso não estava previsto, achei muito errado.

A localização é perfeita! Em frente ao shopping Tatuapé , que é integrado com o metrô e facilita muito a mobilidade.
Além disso toda a estrutura do hotel impecável, ambientes limpos, com destaque para a roupa de cama/banho.
Café da manhã farto e diversificado.
Super recomendo
