Conforto da cama, limpeza do quarto, localização excelente em frente ao shopping e estação de metrô, gentileza dos funcionários da recepção.

Cons:

Baixa qualidade das toalhas de banho e rosto, sinal de internet fraco no quarto, baixa qualidade dos itens do café da manhã e demora na reposição, cobrança de tapioca e omelete à parte um absurdo pelo preço da diária, as mesas do café da manhã sempre cheias de farelos após a retirada das louças, água da piscina suja e com muitas folhas.

Cons:

La limpieza es media, mientras estás alojado limpian por encima. Un día me salió una cucaracha en la cama, la mate y estuvo en el piso hasta el último día.
