° New hotel

° Room attendant was worried about my convenience regarding the room temperature

° Room service food was good

Cons:

° Front desk allowed to bring my friend to the room after they noticed he is struggling to provide an ID but after few minutes they called to request him to leave in ten minutes!

Moreover, when I was trying on the phone to change their decision back, they requested to speak with him instead as he was local, I'm sure they wanted to speak in their language and to be able to effect on him easily

° On the first day they provided room cleaning around 5:30 PM but on the day after the front desk rejected to send HK around 5 PM as the service time was finished! I argued with him little bit and they came

° The desk corner was dark especially after sunset, this was shared via WhatsApp but nothing said and no action taken!

Прекрасная, комфортабельная , современная гостиница. Чистые уютные номера. Наличие чистого и теплого бассейна, спа привели в восторг. Персонал дружелюбный, вежливый , очень приветливый. При любой возможности постараемся вернуться именно в этот отель!

Pros:

Провели в отеле день влюбленных, встретили нас хорошо,все объяснили,во всем помогали. Очень чисто, кровать удобная, постельное белье, шампунь,гель,все есть. Воспользовались бассейном и сауной, все супер.

Cons:

Не очень удобно идти в бассейн из номера.
