You will be very happy staying here
Pros:

This hotel was great. The location is an 8 minute walk from the train station and very close to food outlets, restaurants etc. The staff were very welcoming. While the rooms are small, they were very adequate for 2 people and bags. Our room looked out over the river, and you could easily go to the rooftop to see the barges, tugs and ferries going about their business.

Pros:

駅チカ、近くに飲食店も多くあった

Cons:

壁が薄くて普通に隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえた。テレビの声も、夜遅くの時間に何度も壁をドンドンする不快な音もあった。スタッフの不在時間が多くあるならもう少し宿泊料金を安くできるはず。スタッフによって対応、愛想の良さが違ってた。無表情で淡々と対応されるより笑顔で対応されるほうが気持ちが良い。

Excellent location
Pros:

Very well located. Walking distance from the station, and close to bike hire and ferry to start of Shimanami kaido cycle route. Breakfast wasn't available but there were plenty of eateries close by. The room was very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. An excellent place to stay if you are cycling.

Staying at GANGI Inn is a great entry to riding the Shimanami Kaido.
Pros:

Location excellent, views from the window alone were worth the stay, close to the station and cafes, then there’s the wonderful staff, the warmly-welcoming and engaging Chika and the magnificent Riko who went above and beyond in resolving our baggage forwarding. We can’t thank them both enough.

Cons:

We liked everything, lovely place in a picturesque town.

Small but nice
Pros:

Good downtown location. Good views from the big picture window in the room. Compact but well designed room. Modern minimalist design.

Cons:

Despite our room being ready 35 minutes before 3pm, staff were unnecessarily strict about access before 3. We'd driven a long way from Aso, tired and hungry, but that didn't mean anything. To make it worse there's no onsite parking and it was raining and v cold so we had to walk 100m in the rain to park .
Onomichi itself was underwhelming, with many businesses closed despite advertising being open. Travelled early March and Spring had not yet sprung.

カーテンを開けた時のロケーションがとてもよかったです｡朝は日差しも入り明るいお部屋でした｡屋上からの景色も素敵でした。
