Emplacement de qualité avec vue sur mer malgré des chambres un peu petite (mais on est au Japon)
Pros:

À proximité de la gare, vue sur mer ultra tranquille, rooftop jusqu’à 22. Accueil sympa avec café à dispo et à proximité des locations de vélo.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite avec le lavabo dans la chambre.

Un bon établissement pour faire halte à Onimichi.
Pros:

Petit hôtel récent, bien équipé, avec des chambres petites (mais nous sommes au Japon) et bien agencées. Comme partout au Japon, le personnel est aux petits soins des clients.

Practical option in Onomichi
Pros:

Great location overlooking the sea only a few minutes walk away from the train station or restaurants. It was ideal for our cycling trip.

Cons:

The shape of the building is very narrow and it makes it feel a bit like a hostel. There is not enough space for a lounge area.

Perfect place to start Shimanami Kaido
Pros:

Such a nice hotel. All very modern and a wonderful view from our room. Staff all very friendly

Various tasty restaurants along the street. We started the Shimanami Kaido here - a short walk to train station/bike rental makes it a perfect spot to stay.

Also can walk up to the observation deck easily from here

Free coffee and water machine was also a perk!

Great place to stay, amazing view, would come back again
Pros:

The view and location to the station is fantastic
It has all the important amenities, they've added more services compared to what was listed on the booking website
They were also able to provide suggestions and solutions to luggage forwarding

Cons:

Although there was one set of coin laundry and dryer, you need to keep an eye out for other people staying at the hotel as there's no locks on the washer and dryer
