Pros:

Creía que era un hotel y no lo es, mal servicio por parte de los empleados ya que para que un carro pueda entrar alguien de ellos tiene que ir abrir un portón eléctrico.

Worst place i have ever stayed. Avoid at all cost
Pros:

Where to start? The room was dirty with dead cockroaches and blood stains. The ac turned off during the middle of the night and would not go back on. The ceiling fans only worked on slow speed and none of the tvs worked.
You have to pay extra for electricity used and none of the swimming pools advertised are permitted to use as they do not beling to this residence.
The reception is supposed to be open until 10 pm. We ran out of drinking water at 8 but they were already closed so we had to wait until 10 am to get drinking water.
The receptionist Mario treated everyone like stupid tourists who were not worth the effort.

Pros:

We were headed to Santo Domingo for our stay, just inconvenient to go the opposite direction from where we needed to go but that was my own fault and not the properties as I should have viewed the map and location better. The roads were tight to get into to main office area as it's off the the far back side of the wall. We paid in advance, only to find out we had to pay a deposit for water usage on top! It was not mentioned on the Booking site.
