I settled with booking this location because of where it was located and the reviews on Hotels.com were decent. But as soon as we checked in, it was obvious that it was a mistake to choose this hotel. The rooms were not clean, the bathrooms smelled like the sewer backed up and there were bugs coming into the room everyday. Extra towels to be charged, there was no restaurant onsite, parking was hard to maneuver and front desk hours were limited. Please don't stay here. The owners really need to update the rooms and building.

The hotel was overall good. Clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable .
The air conditioner was super cold, but you can adjust the temperature. Coffee maker (in-room) is instant coffee. Has a nice refrigerator and freezer. Microwave worked well. Toiletries and bottled water provided
I liked the cleanliness of the room and the property. Staff was friendly. However, it was far from where I needed to go. But overall I like the place and would stay again. Thank you. I enjoyed my stay.
A more expansive selection for the minimart is a great idea.

Reservations went smoothly at first, staff was responsive. The day we checked in, things took a turn; one of the three rooms was not available until 5:30pm (we called prior to 3:00pm to let them know we're coming), rooms were not cleaned (previous guest had left food in the fridge), sink faucets did not work, rude customer service (front desk were harrassing my kids about confirmations we set 3 days prior, instead of making contact with the number on file). The day of our family event, we opted out of having a private party and front desk informed us that there was another event at the pool (we thought of the other guests who booked for the weekend), much into the party, we got approached by front desk about payment of our additional guests (fees were inconsistent, their reason was "new management" but no manager ever appeared). We had high hopes for this weekend stay and a successful family event especially since our past experience left us satisfied and wanting to plan another. Despite all arrangements we did in advance, we had made 3 stops at the fron desk for questions they had. Customer service was terrible.
Stayed a week with my Fiancee. We got married and enjoyed our early honey moon, with the Hotel. Staff members are friendly, and nice they are awesome..
The Property is clean and very nice, Pool, gym and spa facilities are well kept.Will definitely book again to stay when I visit Saipan Cnmi again.

For a 3-day vacation, this hotel did the job. Overall, my experience was positive and the rooms were nice. However, over the 3 nights I was there, my room was not serviced once. Moreover, when I checked in around 3 AM and I called the on-call number, no one answered. Thank God there was the security guard who was able to help me out. However, considering the Saipan heat, the A/C was blasting, which was awesome.
Good price, friendly staff, the room is nice, clean and comfy beds. Love that we can use the pool even after hours.

The hotel lobby looked very inviting. The room was a good size but looked very bare. Even a live plant in one corner would have been an excellent addition.
One important thing to note would be to pre-order any meals as they are brought in from outside restaurants.
I liked this hotel because it was close to the airport and not far from downtown. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean and nice.
