Pros:

el desayuno estaba variado y muy rico, atendian muy bien

Cons:

al momento de llegar habia personas en grupo registrandose y no hubo ningun control por parte de recepcion en el check in me tarde 30 minutos lo cual se me hace demasiado.
Fuera de eso todos los de valet parking y en el desayuno fueron personas muy amables.

Pros:

Muy buena opción. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El staff también muy atento y respondió cualquier duda que teníamos. La ubicación es muy conveniente, tanto cerca del centro, cerca de Galerías y también de una calle que conecta a otras partes de la ciudad. La habitación también tenía una muy bonita vista al cerro de la silla.

Cons:

Lo único que le faltó un poco fue detalles en la limpieza. Son pequeños detalles que omitieron al momento de llegar o cuando hicieron la limpieza durante nuestra estancia. Hay Alexa en la habitacion pero no funcionó. Pero en general nos gustó quedarnos ahi y si volveremos.
