Nice room, but very uncomfortable stay in July heat with inadequate air conditioning
Pros:

The layout of the room was great for a family of 5. Bonus to have cooking and laundry facilities

Cons:

The air con was inadequate. We had it set to 17 and the room was stifling warm.

交通方便，但帶小孩整理而言不建議
Pros:

飯店地點很方便，可以步行到市中心逛街，也可搭乘公車只需步行2-3分鐘即可以到達公車站。飯店旁邊即有7-11及 family很方便。

Cons:

接待櫃檯都沒有笑臉，講話也小聲有時聽不到在說什麼，每天都是臭臉。
房間有洗衣機但沒有可以吊衣服的地方，洗好的衣服只能自己想辦法處理晾乾，雖然是洗脫烘洗衣機但烘完其實衣服還是濕的，還是需要晾乾。

Pros:

In line with our experience of Tokyo, we were attracted to the format of Fav Hiroshima Heiwaodori. Room size and access to a washing machine are always a key consideration for us when travelling in Japan. Although, our room did not have the lay-out as most frequently seen and advertised, it offered plenty of space for the three of us. However, it missed the privacy between the beds that would have been ideal, considering we were travelling with our teenage son.

The room was very clean, and the onsite washing machine was very handy but slow and requiring modern technology for us non-Japanese to translate the instructions. New towels and rubbish collection offered daily, and with a full clean every 3 days.

The room was though very hot, and the air conditioning felt very inefficient. This despite the help of staff …

The location was central, albeit at the edge of a rather unique part of Hiroshima. We either walked, took the bus or taxis. Most sights, shopping and F&B was within 15-20 minutes by foot, including easy walks to the Peace Memorial & Park, Hiroshima Castle and Shukkeien Gardens. We also used Hiroshima as base for the amazing Shimanami Kaido Cycling Route and Miyamija Island and a hike to Mount Misen.

All in all, we had four lovely nights at the hotel – despite the rain on the last day ….

It was okay overall.
Pros:

A/C didn't work and the staff was unfriendly about it. She didn't acknowledge the thing was broken and instead told us to close the windows which we had opened in response. She allowed us to change rooms to one with a working A/C. Rooms didn't have tea/coffee, or at least not obvious. Bed wasn't super comfy, but once the A/C started things were fine. In-room washer/dryer was good.

Cons:

Staff was not friendly. No rooftop access.
