Categories

Cleanliness
10
Multiple guests explicitly praise cleanliness (e.g., '乾淨且舒適', 'La propreté'); towels provided daily and rooms well maintained, with only a minor note about a small trash bin occasionally overflowing.
Service
10
Service is described as friendly and responsive (helpful staff, prompt room change for AC issue, luggage storage assistance). There is a single recurring note about a cumbersome automated check-in, but staff support mitigates this.
Location
10
Location is repeatedly praised as central and convenient (shops and restaurants nearby, 7-11 opposite, close to retail area and attractions), making it ideal for families and sightseeing.
Room Quality
10
Rooms are frequently described as spacious, well planned (good bed layouts, bunks for children), comfortable beds, washer in-room and thoughtfully designed bathrooms; a few rooms have awkward toilet/shower placement or no view, but overall room quality is excellent.
Amenities
10
Amenities are strong overall (in-room washer/dryer, kitchen facilities, luggage storage, daily towel replenishment). Some guests noted missing small items (rice cooker, dish soap), but core amenities are consistently useful and well maintained.
Value for Money
9.8
Most guests feel the hotel offers excellent facilities and a great family experience, though a few comment it feels somewhat pricey for Hiroshima; overall the quality justifies the near-top rating.
Food and Beverage
7
Several guests explicitly complain about breakfast quality (described as 'catastrophic', poor coffee, minimal offerings) and recommend buying food elsewhere; this is the clearest negative trend in reviews.
Overall Experience
10
Overall sentiment is very positive ('整體感覺很棒', 'perfect family hotel', enjoyed everything within walking distance); guests emphasize comfort, suitability for families, and helpful location.

Pros:

Really enjoyed this hotel with great modern and spacious rooms. The hotel has a small cafe downstairs for coffee and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Everything is very walkable from the hotel location.

Pros:

The room was spacious and the dividing book cases gave some privacy between beds (we had the family room that slept 6). The washing machine and free detergent were a bonus and the breakfast while simple was very tasty. There's a bus stop within 50m that will get you to/from the train station, a 7/11 across the road and a delicious okonomiyaki restaurant on the diagonal corner.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

Cons:

החדר היה מעט צפוף ל 6 אנשים.
היה קשה לפתוח מזוודות . וגם פינת האוכל היתה יחסית קטנה .
הספה במרכז החדר היתה עם כתמים.
