First time in Genting with my family. Its was a beautiful stay. Wouldn’t mind going back.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and ready to help. The staff were quick to answer my queries via WhatsApp when we were facing some problems. We had a good time at the onsen it was a great time. Everything else was okay.

Cons:

The only problem we had was neighbours were so noisy with kids screaming and running around plus some of the furniture was slightly old especially the wardrobe. As for the Onsen, I wish if it can be more privacy for hijabis.

Pros:

In off season although limited but friendly staff it’s kind off the beaten path. Due to this they several few locations to eat with even fewer options of food and no great selections at those you could eat.
The Japanese Onsen at the hotel itself was relaxing .

It is just fine if nothing is available at main Genting

This property feels more like a holiday apartment than a full-service hotel, with limited facilities. The highlight for me was the hot steam pool, which I really enjoyed

Cons:

It’s about a 25-minute drive to Genting Island, with winding hills and mountain roads that may not be easy for everyone. Skip the meal options at the hotel—it's better to head to Genting and enjoy dining there. Rooms are smaller than what you’d usually expect by Malaysian hotel standards.

Great Japanese themed onsen hotel in Genting Highlands.
Pros:

The hot spring onsen and the staff who served us during our onsen session.

Cons:

Not being told we will be having the onsen with other guests but thankfully they arrived late and we finished early. The onsen is quite a private venue and having complete strangers together without prior notice is unsettling.

Alright stay
Pros:

Staff friendly and helpful and the view

Cons:

Room floor not very clean , stain on pillow and mattress and blanket. Pillow smells. Wardrobe door faulty. Sofa dirty. Won’t be back again.
