1★ – Dishonest Staff and Missing Deposit

I strongly do NOT recommend this place.

When I checked in, the hotel asked for a 60€ deposit, which I paid. At check-out they returned only 30€ and kept the rest of my money without any proper explanation. This feels like a complete scam.

The administration and staff were very rude and unhelpful. When I tried to ask why half of my deposit was missing, they acted like it was normal and refused to properly explain anything.

This was a very disappointing and dishonest experience. Guests should be very careful when staying here and think twice before leaving any deposit, because you might not get your money back.

I will definitely never stay here again.

Very worn down... Cut my foot at the floor like my 3rd day(not so good when doing muay thai traning...)
Floor planks had very much space between them.

Really need a renevation otherwise it's a very good hotel.

Приехали в отель ближе к вечеру, на ресепшн никого уже не было. В номере очень пыльно и грязно, кондиционер рабттает настолько шумно, что тяжело уснуть, нет полотенец для лица

The room was very dirty and smelly. The linen was wet the first night.

Bed only had two soft thin pillows. Nearly most hotels in Phuket give 4, there were cobwebs and spiders outside balcony so I avoided using it. Poor lighting in bathroom. Sink was small. Very low pressure in sink and toilet. The furniture was very old and needed re painting or modernising. The fridge was old and so were other appliances. Every day the room was cleaned in some days they cleaned better than others, some days you would get 2 fresh bath towels and 2 fresh hand towels, some days you only get 2 fresh bath towels only. I had to regularly speak to reception staff sometimes to make sure about towels and other small requests you would expect standard. They are clearly understaffed. In fact there are signs stating they have limited operating hours and they acknowledge they are short staffed when speaking to them.

The swimming pool looked filthy. So many leaves, dead fly's In their I didn't want to swim. There never is anyone to clean and maintain that area whilst I have been staying whole week.

My opinion is the management or ownership spend far too little to serve or improve this hotel. It has so much potential to do brilliant but it's not well managed. The staff are friendly, polite and do help as best as they can but not their fault. They are limited in what they can do.
