Good hotel with some service problems
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is nice. The breakfast is very good. And the room has all one needs. However, I had two problems:
1) the wifi was not working in the room, and the room was facing the small inner yard, hence, the mobile internet was very poor as well. So to do some online work I had to sit in the restaurant (wifi there was somewhat unstable, but mobile one was working also as a reserve). They said that they were in the process of changing the wifi provider, but that didn't help me.
2) there were small water leaks (drops) in my bathroom and they could not fix it during my stay (one day, the guy at the reception simply forgot, on the other - they actually called a plumber but could not do anything while I was out in the city).
