Pros:

Decent rooms and nice view, but that’s the only worthwhile points

Although the staff is friendly, they are highly inexperienced and clueless, and there’s no resident manager on site
Amenities, including lifts, don’t work
Very, very far from the city and difficult to reach

The best of Gangtok views from the hotel penthouse room, extremely beautiful!
Good vegetarian food at the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Dinesh for his service and going out of his way to help us with early breakfast!

Cons:

Water heater problems to be attended to.
WiFi issues occasionally.

Pros:

Nice cozy little place a bit out of Gangtok. Perfect for a quiet get away.

Cons:

Do not trust anyone at the reception. Only speak with the manager Ajay for any arrangements travel or otherwise.
Bear in mind, the commute to Gangtok is atleast 45 minutes on a bumpy cab ride so factor that in when you book this.
