Can improve the food provided
No kitchen to prepare breakfast. The hotel needs to get from outside. It’s not correct.
I was charged an extra night as my request to leave a day earlier was not honoured by either booking.com or the hotel.
parking of own car was tough had to park outside
Very convenient place to stay for Visa Biometrics and renewals. Ambience is fair. Toilet and rooms are clean. Good enough charging ports. Mini tiffin was served for breakfast.
Though breakfast was promised, I did not get any breakfast
Could have provided toiletries like tooth brush and paste and a teapoon to stir the coffee.
Staff were excellent and helpful. Especially Mrs Surya showed exceptional customer service skills. She is a true asset.

The room is in a good location. Commute was easy. Room was spacious and comfortable to stay. The cupboards and the table was convenient. Clean toilet and bathroom. Good quality toiletries and towels.
Unable to open windows when not using AC. Can feel stagnant and claustrophobic.
The shower head is too broad and becomes difficult to avoid wetting one's hair.
