Le chiavi sia card che app si bloccano di continuo, è dovuto venire il tecnico perché siamo rimasti chiusi fuori , non c’è staff e reception , la stanza la puliscono solo una volta alla settimana,il tutto a prezzo carissimo !! Per farsi perdonare non mi hanno neanche cambiato stanza ! Peccato mai più
Location is great. It is within walking distance to most attractions and there are multiple bus stops near by. There is a super market next door. Property is well maintained. App made it very easy to check in and check out. The kitchen and utensils provided are more than sufficient for a family. I would love to stay here again!
The location was great, it was also very quiet. The room was small, but enough for a few days. Check in was also fine. The bathroom was good size with nice warm shower.
We did not book the room with the view, but we assumed we would have windows into some side street. Our windows were into inside the building(kind of like a courtyard) and couldn't really even open the curtains as otherwise the other rooms would see inside our room. If we would have known, we would have specifically booked a room with a view on to the street or even with the view of the sea.
Muy buena ubicación en el centro de Tromsø. Apartamento súper bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Zonas comunes útiles como gimnasio y lavandería. Recomendable!
No hay personal como tal pero no nos supuso ningún problema. Todo funciona a través de la app. Quizá echamos de menos algo más de espacio para guardar ropa, maletas etc.
Very conveniently located, great view of the harbor, and met all of our needs.
Would have been nice to have a couple extra towels. Also, it took us a while to get the hang of using the phone app as a key... we would have preferred a physical key, which was an option.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist schnell zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig, in der Küche gibt es alles was man benötigt.
Auch das Online-Einchecken hat super funktioniert.
Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal.

Good location surrounded by all you need groceries, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation.
Cleaning was not done properly and lot of places we could find trash, food particles and dust etc. on site support was not prompt we had some challenges with turning on lights tried calling customer service which took 15 mins to get connected then some one from Sweden pick up call and she has no idea about the property and possible solution so she took a note and inform to someone locally which took almost 30 mins after the call to get someone to see us. Meanwhile we manage to get help from our neighbours.
