Pros:

Fina rum. Bra vattenpark för barn i alla åldrar. Transporten ner till den fina stranden fungerade bra. Buffén är bra, med ett stort utbud. Marlin tog hand om oss väldigt väl vid frukosten. Fin och lugn park precis nedanför hotellet.

Cons:

Några personal är jättebra, andra är inte så bra. Många ger ett intryck av att man stör, även om det är servitörer på frukosten. Jag vet inte om det är kulturellt? Bokningen för restauranger är ett skämt. Min fru stod i kö, då kom en man fram som egentligen bara ville att hon skulle gå med i hans klubb, han sa att han skulle fixa alla bokningar. Då vi reste med en ett-åring behövde vi ha tidiga tider. Han bokade upp oss på samma ställe tre kvällar (som ligger nere vid stranden och kräver shuttle) och en kväll på det sämsta stället LemonFish. På söndagen kunde man boka nya tider om man kunde tänka sig att spendera en förmiddag i kö, det hade vi ingen lust med, så det fick bli buffén övriga kvällar. Stakehouse är bra. På vår diskbänk på rummet fanns det väldigt många små kryp. De verkade ofarliga, men ändå inte så trevligt. Vi hade önskat en barnsäng, men någon sådan stod inte på rummet, vi bekymrade oss inte om det. Stranden är jättefin, men när vi var där var det en del vågor och det är inte så långgrunt så för dom minsta barnen är inte stranden så rolig.

Lugar luxuoso e tranquilo
Pros:

Da estrutura, restaurantes e quartos, super confortável e gigante.

Cons:

Academia deixou a desejar, não é compatível com a estrutura do resort, sistema de reserva para restaurantes e venda de massagem a equipe força demais esse serviço.

Parfait !!
Pros:

Très bel hotel où l’on se sent vraiment très bien et reposés. Les suites master sont grandes et très pratiques, même pour du long séjour. L’hotel n’est pas en première ligne direct sur la plage, mais il y a un service de navette qui dépose les clients, très rapide (5min) et pas de temps d’attente notable… sinon accessible en 10-15min à pieds en passant par un très joli chemin avec palmiers et verdures! La plage est très jolie avec un espace transat et aussi la possibilité de se poser sur le sable si on le souhaite. Resto de la plage +++
Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins avec une « concierge » attitrée à chaque client qui répond à la moindre demande. Idem pour le housekipping, ils sont très réactifs. Propreté irréprochable. Offre de restaurants très qualitative et variée ! Espaces extérieurs et piscines sont top, rien à dire… Petit + non négligeable pour les départs tardifs, les clients ont accès à une salle de bain avec douche, toilette… même une fois que le check out a été fait. Cela permet de continuer à profiter de l’hotel (restaurants, piscines, plage etc) le reste de la journée.

Cons:

Attention au réservation des restaurants. Il y a un buffet qui est tout à fait correcte et qui permet de déjeuner/diner sans besoin de réserver. Par contre, pour les autres restaurants sur réservation, les places sont assez limitées et il faut se lever de bonne heure pour réserver une table !

Activités du soir pouvant etre un peu kitch mais il en faut pour tous les goûts !

Beautiful Stay with a Small Check-In Issue
Pros:

I really loved my room. I had an amazing time there with my girlfriend, enjoying the jacuzzi, the bathtub, and the bed. The view was like something out of a dream, and the food in the restaurants was just perfect.

Cons:

I paid online before arriving to save time, but when I got there they told me the payment was still pending, so I had to provide a hold on my funds, which I didn’t really appreciate or approve of. Mainly because I wondered what would have happened if, for any reason, I had been unable to provide that hold. The whole issue was resolved the next day, but I would expect them to have a better CRM system considering their status.

Pros:

I loved the resort. It was beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. They had many different activities throughout the day for all ages.

Cons:

The dinner reservations were a bit annoying to make and not many options were available.

El tamaño de las habitaciones

Cons:

Lo repetido que resulto el menú, las comidas son básicamente las mismas todos los días los restaurantes a la carta son de no buena calidad.

Great place for relaxing in luxury
Pros:

Th property is huge and is comprised of several resorts. The room we were upgraded to was massive and more like a luxury apartment. The food and n the members restaurant was great as was the teppanyaki restaurant. We stayed only three days so did not have a chance to try the others but the food in the buffet was also quite good

Cons:

It was our first time at an all inclusive and while there were some fun activities like the sugarcane workshop and the margarita class there were not many activities so we were a little bored. But to be fair I’m not a fan of sitting around so if a beach / poolside vacation is your thing then this will be great. It was a bit more luxury than I needed and it cost quite a bit.

Cumple con todo.
Pros:

Me gusto el servicio y la buena onda del personal, siempre dando solución. Todo limpio y genial. Calidad de tragos excelente.

Cons:

La profundidad de la pileta, 1.4m es como mucho para niños, si hay otras pile para niños, pero la principal me hubiera gustado disfrutar con mi nene.
