Habitación grande y cómoda.

Cons:

Teraza sucia, los cojines lleno de pipi de gato. Deberían ayudar a los gatos a tener un hogar.
Servicio a mejorar, room service a mejorar, atención al cliente a mejorar, tuvimos que volver 5 veces a la recepción solamente para poder agregar una noche a la estadía.
Es un lindo hotel pero todo debería ser perfecto por el alto precio.

Las instalaciones, fue lo unico que me gusto

Cons:

Me cobraron el total de la estadia una semana antes de mi llegada, cuando no eran las condiciones de mi reserva. Era sin pago por adelantado, y arbitrariamente y sin aviso cobraron el total a mi tarjeta q solo estaba para garantizar.
Y 2 dias antes de regresar, nos robaron dentro de la habitacion, sufrimos un hurto de indumentaria y maquillaje.
Mucho personal ingresando a la habitacion, y revisaban a su antojo que llevarse, muy lamentable y pesima experiencia.
Ademas de que estuve sin linea telefonica toda la estadia, reporte el desperfecto apenas llegar a la habitacion, y nunca lo repararon.
Aun hoy, 5 dias despues aguardo por una respuesta por parte del hotel por el robo, sin respuestas ante mis llamados y correos electronicos. Una total verguenza!!!!

El lugar limpio, las habitaciones limpias, amplias y bonitas, sobretodo casi todo el personal muy amable.

Cons:

La mayoría de el personal muy amable, excepto los de de la barra que está por la entrada en el turno de la noche, solo ellos fueron los que me dieron una sensación amarga en la estancia, luego los demás muy atentos 🙌🏻

Passable mais n’est certainement pas un 5 étoiles!
Pros:

Le lieu était sympa ; la gentillesse de certains membres du personnel. Notamment Armando au restaurant buffet qui a été très serviable et aimable durant notre séjour.
Les piscines et la plage

Cons:

Le temps d’attente pour le check in! J’avais réservé deux chambres on nous a dit que nous serions à côté finalement mes enfants étaient à l’autre bout du building!
Les plats répétitifs et le manque de choix. Le manque d’infos sur les allergènes !!
La soirée à thème Rock qui n’était pas du tout une réussite car le choix était encore plus limité
Les installations dans les chambres sont vieillottes
Le manque de snacks et la qualité qui laisse à désirer. Les personnes qui travaillent au snack bar sont clairement ennuyées d’être là .
Le restaurant japonais n’était pas exceptionnel et les shows faits par les chefs c’est un peu too much surtout avec le bruit que cela génère dans le resto. Pas agréable pour les autres clients.
Les odeurs d’égouts près des piscines et dans certains fruits!

Attendre les navettes pour sortir prendre les Uber . Car les Uber ne peuvent pas rentrer . On avait le temps de commander le Uber . Mais on avait pas la navette .

The resort was nice but could definitly be improved. Would choose a different resort in the future.
Pros:

The resort staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious will all the emenities. The resort was closely located to the beach. They provided a ton of in room services upon request.

Cons:

We were not able to get any dinner reservations due to not being notified that the reservation system opens the prior sunday. Lunch was available without reservations but the service took forever and our food came out cold multiple times. Staff were not able to pickup our bags in a timely fashion during checkout. The rooms were not cleaned fully before our stay. The walls were thin and sounded like people were in our room.

Très beau séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel était vraiment très beau, le personnel agréable et la qualité de service répondant parfaitement aux attentes. Le buffet est vraiment très bien, très propre. Il y a un côté gluten également. La chambre (suite) était vraiment très belle et propre avec son jacuzzi et accès piscine privée. Le rapport qualité/prix +++ .
Il y a un service pour vous amener à la plage si vous le souhaitez, à défaut elle est à 10min à pied environ.
