Good, but price-value not worth with it
Pros:

The breakfast is excellent, and the property is clean.

Cons:

I was disappointed about the confusion information given by the staff on the storage luggage. Last minute before going to Bali for few days, they came back saying that they can’t even thought they confirmed the possibility of such service. This is unacceptable of five star hotel. Also, at the check-in there was no proper presentation of the facilities.

Great suites in an ideal location
Pros:

Great central location, all the benefits of an apartment and hotel breakfast. As I hired a car the car park was very useful.

Cons:

Grumpy staff member making omelette, fried eggs etc. Missed the roti canai this year. Some of the furniture were not in good condition.

The pool shown in the ad couldn't be used on one of the days due to an event, and on the remaining days it was unavailable for "technical" reasons. The staff on-site directed us to walk over to the neighboring hotel to go swimming instead. Furthermore, they did not respond to any of the messages sent through the Booking.com platform.

Comfiest beds
Pros:

Super comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Swimming pool area was great and breakfast had lots of options.
