Pros:

Location and warm hospitality(General manager was very attentive and caring when we were struggling to contact a grab driver to retrieve a purse we left in the cab)

Best place for families and friends for holidays!
Pros:

Not our first, and definitely not our last stay here. Staff were mostly warm and friendly (kudos to Concierge Staff Suhail-if we got his name right). He welcomed us every time we got off the car, and made little conversations with us: makes us feel comfortable!
Apart from that, the room service was great too. Greeted us when we walked down the corridors and made our rooms clean and ready when we got back.
The location was perfectly walking distance to places we wanted to go and even easier by grabs too.
Also it was my wife’s birthday and they decorated the room upon request for us. It was very lovely!
We’ll be back next time during the next holiday to enjoy our stay here and the wonderful city views!

Cons:

Was a bit disheartened when there wasn’t any roti bakar station during our 5 days there. Hope it’ll come back!

Pros:

The location is excellent as the prpperty is next to Lot 10, Pavillion mall and Lalaport Outlet Mall are around the corner. Plenty of shopping and good food choices. The Parkroyal Collection was connected to the property at lobby hence you can access the facilities at ParkRoyal while staying at Pan Pac. Staff was friendly and service was efficient and response was prompt. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Some minor inconvenient namely street in front of the property is constantly congested making it difficult to access the property.

However. It does not affect us so much as all the malls are within walking distance and no problem getting Grab to and fro airport and Midvalley Mall.

Good hotel but pre-check in checks could be improved.
Pros:

I liked that their AC is cold when working.

Cons:

In the first room we were checked in, the master bedroom had an AC issue where the room was warm and wouldn't cool. after trying to fix it for a couple of hours, they moved us to a smaller room which had similar issues in the small bedroom. the day after they moved us again to the same size room we booked but on another floor after they confirmed that the AC is working.

These issues should have been detected and fixed before anyone checks in to the room.

Pros:

Central location walk to the pavilion shopping complex. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was included on the 25th level with a nice view of pool
