Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur. The location (Bukit Bintang Area) is close to Jalan Alor Food Street and is ideal for exploring Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to the main attractions and shopping areas.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. A special thank you to Alim, who made the effort to speak French with us and took great care of us throughout our stay — such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture!

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite that was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel was also very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more comfortable.

I highly recommend it for anyone planning a trip to KL!

Excellent stay at the heart of KL city center.
Pros:

Liked the location right at the center of Bukit Bintang, within walking distance of major shopping malls. The suite was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Excellent room amenities and very comfortable beds. Especially liked the in-room washer dryer and the well-equipped kitchenette. Used the gym daily, it was great and had nice views of KL. Swimming pool on the rooftop also had great views of the KL city skyline.

Cons:

The breakfast options were a bit limited; otherwise food quality was ok. Seating at the breakfast area was also limited so we were given seats in the adjacent living room. The egg station and noodle station was outside the breakfast hall. Not a big problem but perhaps the use of breakfast spaces can be further improved.
Room prices were a bit high, probably due to the prime location.

Pros:

Everything, well appointed, comfortable furniture and bed, roo is definitely bigger than the pictures, quiet, concierge was brilliant with everything, plenty of work space, wifi a little dodgy at times but no drama, filtered water tap was outstanding, my new go to hotel in zkL from now on location is brilliant

Cons:

Chrome's kept dropping which was annoying, that's all oh lounge could have been a tad more comfy

Good choice for central KL
Pros:

Great location, central, close to transport links. Comfortable room. Great bathroom. Fantastic breakfast. Nice pool.

Cons:

Reception staff could be more friendly. Breakfast can get really busy.
