Enjoyable, comfortable visit with great location.
Pros:

Location, pleasant staff, modern, clean, facilties in room

Cons:

Western breakfast not up to standard. Delays in delivery of ordered cooked items

Good location but far from the best Pan Pacofoc we have stayed at.
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff

Cons:

The breakfast was not very enjoyable. Missing items, cold. No spreads for toast. Cereals were not crispy as they had got damp from the humidity.

Great place to stay in Bukit Bintang area
Pros:

The staff are truly excellent. We had a medical emergency and the staff were super helpful and efficient.
The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was always, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was always tasty with lots of fresh fruit and a variety of Western and Asian dishes.
The Bukit Bintang area is vibrant with lots of shopping and food options. The tourist hop on and off bus stop is just across the street.

Cons:

The accommodations is wheelchair friendly, but the area is not. The sidewalks and shopping centres have no wheelchair access. Uneven or non existent pavements and steps to shopping centres.

Value for money in the city centre
Pros:

Amazing stay in Bukit Bintang, everything was nearby. Apartments were very clean and well-maintained. Only complaint is that I had to pay for parking every time I exited the parking.

Cons:

The only thing I disliked was having to pay for parking every time I exited the compound.

A month and a half stay at Pan Pacific
Pros:

Location, courteous staff, amazing facilities, good breakfast, brilliant room facilities.... Everything was good.

Comfortable and perfect for a family on either a short or long stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, there is a good selection of options each morning. The rotating malaysian kuay is a great feature of the buffet.

The overall presentation of the rooms are great, spacious with plenty of storage for our stay.

Cons:

Ideally if clothes washing liquid was provided as part of the room so we could use the washing machine, rather than having to buy our own before being able to use the facilities.
