Pros:

Not our first time here. Location was excellent. Walking distance to several places of interest. Love that the rooms are huge and spacious. Staffs including concierge were all friendly and welcoming! (Was attended by Stella when we came and she was really helpful!)
Definitely be our to-go place whenever we’re here!

Pros:

The location was good.
The hospitality provided by housekeeping staff exceptional.
Baby pool suitable for young kids.

Cons:

The hotel may consider to install baricade near lobby to prevent young children from straying to the service road. Drivers may not able to stop in time if young children ran along the lobby and stray to the road.
Should have one personnel to man the lobby for safety.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Excellent location 5 min walk to Bukit Bintang and the railway station. Despite being on a busy road the apartment was very quiet. It was exceptionally clean and furnishings including bed were very comfortable. Good quality linen and toiletries. Nice pool area on 25th floor and good equipment in the gym.
The manager Jon was very welcoming and we had no difficulty arranging a late check out as our flight was departing late in the day.

Comfy place but...
Pros:

Comfortable bed, many pillows

Cons:

Tv chromecast is very laggy,

Toilet smelt like cigarettes, coffee capsule missing, weird sound coming from the speaker beside the sofa.

A delightful, comfortable stay with a luxurious feel to it.
Pros:

A very comfortable suite with 5 star facilities, cleanliness and an excellent location in the heart of bukit bintang

جميل ولكن ينبغى اعادة التفكير بسياسة التأمين

Cons:

اخذ تأمين 100 رنقت على كل غرفه باليوم اذا بتجلس مثلاً 8 ايام ياخذ 800 رنقت
طبعاً لايوجد مشكله باخذ التأمين ولكن المشكله في اعادة التأمين تستغرق وقت طويل جداً لاعادتها اليك
هذه سياسة الاداره لديه وهي خاطئه جداً وتفقدهم لعملاها
ولايقبل كاش فقط بطاقه
بامكانك اخذ تأمين ولكن يعاد للعملاء في خلال 48 ساعه كحد اقصى
الى كتابة هذا التعليق لم يتم اعادته بالبطاقه

Excellent, will come back for more stays in Pan Pac!
Pros:

The cleanliness, polite staff, very helpful and welcoming. All enquiries were answered efficiently and if it was not up to expectations they gave other alternatives (check-in was not available, receptionist Glenda asked if we wanted to stay in the pacific lounge while waiting for our room keys). Breakfast variety has increased from 2023 :) our room was cozy and the best! We love it so much, and dont mind paying that price for the service AND cleanliness + professional staff.

Cons:

Parking lift isn’t connected to the hotel lift.
