Great facilities and great staff.
Pros:

Staff were very competent, professional and caring, helpful and pleasant especially the staff in Thyme restaurant.

Cons:

Pros:

Great location, modern, well designed suites with accomodating staff. Very clean and whilst you in centre is very quiet. Lovely breakfast with variety of local and western cuisines.

Pros:

Very close to many shopping malls. As a couple this is not a very good option. More better suites for a family.

Cons:

Some of the staffs were helpfull especially the service guys. However the receptionist could be mpre welcoming. The washing/drying mashine is very bad. It does not dry propertly and there is no clotheshanger. We asked the staff and could borrow one but that should be a facility in every apartment. The clothers didnt dry and one lady from the staff told us that she could take care of the mashine while we were on our tour. 6 h later when we came back the clothes were still damped. I was so frustrated because she said that she could help us with that and she just didnt care. So i dont think most of the staff were so helpful more lazy. I dont recommend this hotel for couples. The breakfast was ok nothing special. The kitchen fan has a very loud noice aswell. Overall it is a ok hotell but not one that we will come back to.

Pros:

The location is great. Easy to walk to the main area.

Cons:

We had a problem with the washing machine. It doesnt work properly, we tried to call the staff but it wasnt solve. So we went home with the wet clothes .

Pros:

Self contained apartments, very clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and showers, nice roof pool

Cons:

Kitchen was really helpful but it sort of only had half the things you’d need. It could have done with more pans and utensils.

The aircon was hard to navigate and one day kept resetting to too cold for our baby

Good location but far from the best Pan Pacofoc we have stayed at.
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff

Cons:

The breakfast was not very enjoyable. Missing items, cold. No spreads for toast. Cereals were not crispy as they had got damp from the humidity.

Great place to stay in Bukit Bintang area
Pros:

The staff are truly excellent. We had a medical emergency and the staff were super helpful and efficient.
The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was always, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was always tasty with lots of fresh fruit and a variety of Western and Asian dishes.
The Bukit Bintang area is vibrant with lots of shopping and food options. The tourist hop on and off bus stop is just across the street.

Cons:

The accommodations is wheelchair friendly, but the area is not. The sidewalks and shopping centres have no wheelchair access. Uneven or non existent pavements and steps to shopping centres.
