Restoranı ve termal havuzu güzeldi. Odalar temizdi. Personel çok ilgili. Ancak otel çevresinde yapılabilecek hiçbir şey yok.

It is impossible to expect better. A hotel can only be this good and high quality. The service is excellent. The staff is polite and gentlemanly. They know their job well. They took such good care of us. The cleanliness is top notch. The thermal pools are high quality. The service in the restaurant is also good and the food is delicious. The rooms are spacious and wonderful. The sleep quality in the rooms is also very good.

otel yeni yapılmış.devre tatil olarak da hizmet veriyor.Biz daha sakin istediğimiz için 1.kat da konakladık.Oda oldukça geniş ve sıcaktı. Mini buzdolabı ,saç kurutma makinesi ,elektrikli su ısıtıcı mevcut. Banyoya yeni sıvı sabun makinesi konmuş ama henüz boştu.Yer parke olduğu için çok sevindik. Halı olan zemin ne yapsan temizlenmiyor ve allerjik bünyeniz varsa problem olabilirdi.Odada küçük su ve bitki çayı mevcut. Sabah kahvaltısı yeterli idi.Limonata ,meyve suyu ,su sebilleri boştu.Akşam yemeğinde 3.kattaki Çarşamba ,Cuma ve Ctesi günleri ücretsiz müzik ilave oluyor. Sabah kahvaltıda restaurant sıcaklığı iyi olmasına karşın; akşam yemeğinde soğuk idi. Kışın geliyorsanız iyi giyinin.( işletmeye tavsiye ;akşam için biraz erkenden ısıtmaya başlayın.) Gerek resepsiyondaki görevlilerin gerekse diğer çalışanların yaklaşımı hep güleryüzlü ve saygılı idi.Bozulan saç kurutma makinesini gece23.30 gelip, tamir eden teknik servis görevlisi de saygılı idi. Karma havuz oldukça büyük . Su sıcaklığı 33-40 C arasında.( Yönetime öneri ;38 dereceyi geçmeyecek şekilde ayarlasanız daha ergonomik olur.)
Yakınlardaki suyun mineral analizini yapıp girişte sergileyebilirsiniz.
Havuz, sauna ve hamama giderken giriş resepsiyondan geçiliyor. Soğuk olduğu zaman bu hiç hoş değil.Havuza giden koridoru, bu girişten ayıracak bir plan değişikliği uygunabilir.Müşteri memnuniyeti de artar.Sonuç olarak; eşimle beğendik.Önerilerimizi dikkate alırsanız daha da iyiye gideceğini düşünüyoruz.

I had a great holiday. The hotel was better than I expected. When I read the reviews, my expectations were quite high. I saw better service and quality than I expected.
We heard that there was live music at the hotel. We were already in the area.
We stayed for 2 nights. We had originally planned to stay for one night. But we liked it and extended it.
It was great.
The music at the resturant was very good. Quality music. Quality food. Quality hotel

A quality. An exemplary hotel. Although it looks like a boutique hotel and the building seems small from the outside, when you enter the building you see that this hotel has many activities.
The staff is friendly, polite and helpful.
The thermal activities are nice.
But we liked the activities in the restaurant more. We had a lot of fun.
The rooms are quality and spacious. It is a clean hotel.

The thermal water quality is very good. There are two separate pools in the spa section. A separate area for women. And a mixed area for families. Both have Turkish baths, saunas, steam baths. They are spacious and functional.

The rooms are also very spacious and clean. Surprisingly good.
The staff is very kind and knows their job well.
The menu in the restaurant is very delicious. The service staff is very good. There are always female staff.
There is also live music in the evenings. The entertainment is very good.
We were very pleased. We will come again.

Rooms were not cleaned. The floor was quite dirty. Hair was all over the blanket and pillow. The bed is small and quite uncomfortable. Once you enter the room there is a very unpleasant dust and smoke smell. There is a “no smoking” sign in the room, but the room smells smoke and the couch has smoke/burn holes.

We wanted to stay in this area close to the border. When we arrived in Turkey, this hotel caught our attention.

It is very good that it is thermal. We chose it especially.

The reception was very good. The kindness and attention were great.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

The restaurant menu was very good. The taste of the food was great. The restaurant staff was really kind and attentive. They love their job.

We tried the thermal pools in the spa section and had a day off.

Ich habe insbesondere die Massagen und die Wellnessangebote die ich extra buchte, genossen.
Weitaus besser als Thaimassagen. Ich hatte 2 exzellente Masseure, eine Masseurin und einen Masseur. Das war eins der hervorragensden Wellnessaufenthalte die ich je hatte.
Im Restaurant und Rezeption eine hervorragende freundliche Bedienung und Entgegenkommen.

Ich bin in der Türkei auf Durchreise und komme auf dem Rückweg noch einmal vorbei!!!!
Für nächstes Jahr ist auch ein Besuch angedacht

The food was very good and the staff was helpful. The thermal spa is fantastic. However the room was very dirty, especially the floor.

Otel oldukça güzel, çalışanlar sempatik ve güler yüzlü. Restorantta hizmet oldukça güzeldi, yemekler güzel ve uygun fiyatlı idi. Tesis tam termal değildi benim için, sıcak bir yüzme havuzu vardı gördüğüm kadarıyla. Ama oldukça güzeldi. Genel olarak tekrar gitmeyi isteyeceğim bir oteldi.
