Pros:

Hotel is at level 2. very convenience, near Platinum Mall, surrounding have shopping. Near famous Wanton mee.

Pros:

Amenities in the room could be cleaner - found a baby cockroach in the toilet.

Shower glass door could not close all the way - non-major inconvenience. Water in shower drained very slowly.

Pros:

near to many shopping and eating areas. but there is room for improvement to its existing amenties like plumbing, water drippings from pipes and tv instruction manual. overall i can feel sincerity from the staffs in their handling of their stations. thats positive. a good experience from a solo traveller like me.
