Clean rooms, delicious food
Pros:

The room was clean, delicious breakfast and food

Cons:

1)TV with only Channels, I have missed important matches.
2) There is a pending issue with the hotel. I paid my room twice. The first time with my visa card,, the payment was declined,. Thinking it was an electronic concern, I paid for a second time in cash. Curiously, my bank sent me an email confirming the payment. The hotel didn't recognise the electronic payment and asked me to check mith my bank. I also ask the hotel to check with it's bank. Unfortunately I left the hotel without finding a compromise. The amount I am claiming is $324 (40500 Kenya shilling paid taking into account their exchange rate)
