Ubicación y habitación correcta. Desayuno que incluye malo. Atención en el desayuno mala. Poco cordial . Piscina se vende como amenities pero solo se puede usar de mañana y hasta el mediodía y luego tienes que pagar el servicio más consumicion obligatorio !!!! Cuando más temperatura hace y puedes bajar a la piscina tienes que pagar siendo huésped si quieres usarla cuando elegiste ese hotel

Emplacement parfait entre Time square et Flatiron avec de nombreux restaurants autour et un métro très proche permettant d'aller dans toutes les directions de New York. La vue de la chambre était incroyable. Excellent bar et la piscine sur le rooftop a été un vrai moment de détente.

Cons:

L'accueil a l'arrivée a été laconique. Peu de précisions sur les services. Bien sûr le personnel a ensuite été disponible pour répondre ultérieurement à nos questions.

Загалом , ми залишились дуже задоволені помешканням! З впевненістю повернулись сюди ще раз та обовʼязково порадили б зна
Pros:

Ідеальне місцерозташування готелю - і пішки недалеко, і дуже близько до автобусів/метро, поруч велика кількість класних закладів для сніданків/обідів. Номер з видом на empire state building зайняв окреме місце в нашому серці, прокидатись та засинати було окреме задоволення! Все чисто та прибрано, площа готельного номеру не маленька, порівняно з більшістю інших готелів в НЙ.
Також приємним бонусом став відкритий басейн, хоч він і безкоштовний для гостей готелю лише з 8 до 11:30 ранку, але нам більше і не потрібно було, бо ми приїхали гуляти. Вранці ідеально насолодились водичкою та сонечком , а також змогли смачно поснідати прямо на лежаках.
Також хочу відмітити хорошу шумоізоляцію - з вулиці не чутно жодних звуків , криків тощо. І між номерів так само !
Також ми були дуже задоволені, що готелю
вдалось нас заселити трохи раніше заявленого часу, в 13:30 ми вже отримали свої ключі!

Cons:

В номері був лише один халат, хоча проживало двоє людей. При заселені я подзвонила та попросила принести ще один, але його так і не принесли :(
І міні бар не поповнювали щоденно, каву поповнили лише на другий день, водичку з холодильнику за три дні так і не оновили.

Hotelwahl „Virgin“ war sehr gut.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer in der 23. Etage mit Blick auf das Empire State Building - also mitten in Manhattan. Wir konnten nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, natürlich war es nicht leise, aber es kam durch den Spalt frische Luft rein und wir fanden den nächtlichen Vibe gut.

Die Aufteilung Bad/Waschbecken/Dusche fanden wir auch gut, so dass man sich zeitgleich fertig machen konnte.

Insgesamt waren wir über die Wahl des Hotels sehr zufrieden, wir haben gar keine Metro benutzt und konnten fussläufig alles erreichen. Wir würden das Hotel bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt erneut buchen.

Cons:

Wenn man etwas nennen möchte, die Eingangshalle. Aber eigentlich war alles hervorragend.

Amazing view, modern building, location very good and fiendly staff

Cons:

Noisy and not very easy to control the temps. Amazing swimming pool. But dissapointing you have to pay between 50-100usd ++ for a bed for hotel customers. Beds free before 11:30 but anyway. Packed with not hotel guests, leaving hotel guests on the swimming pool sides sitting on the ground. elevators is also kind of «unorthodocs» to say the least.
