Best hotel experience ever.
Pros:

It was so warm and friendly there. Felt very safe for my first visit to New York. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff.

Cooles, modernes Hotel in super Lage in Midtown!
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns perfekt, fussläufig von Penn-Station, Empire State Building,... mitten in Midtown. Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Familienzimmer war nicht riesig, aber groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager mit Gepäck.
Praktisch für die Nutzung zu viert war, dass es 2 Waschbecken im Flur/Eingangsbereich des Zimmers gab und Dusche und Toilette jeweils extra waren.

Cons:

Die Dusche lief nicht ab.
Der Preis ist sehr hoch, aber den scheint man in New York über den Jahreswechsel bezahlen zu müssen. Wir waren mit zwei Teenager Töchtern zu viert in einem Familienzimmer im 10. Stock (die gibt es angeblich nur bis zum 10. Stock, wir hatten also Glück), aber an sich für ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück verrückt.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding ontzettend slecht

De locatie

Cons:

Onaardig personeel, kinderen sliepen op verdieping 18 terwijl wij op 7 sliepen. Weggestuurd worden op de bovenste verdieping terwijl de kinderen alleen graag het uitzicht wilden zien.

Ottima posizione e vista ma l’allarme ha rovinato la fine della vacanza!

Stanza nuove pulite e moderne con bellissima vista sull’empire state building . Zona ottima per spostarsi con due metro a pochi minuti a piedi

Reception spartana e poco curata rispetto al resto dell’hotel . Faceva freddo nella reception infatti i receptionist avevano delle stufe accanto per riscaldarsi.
Verso le tre di notte della penultima sera in questo hotel ,mentre stavo dormendo, parte una sirena fortissima nella mia stanza con una voce aggressiva in audio diffusione che mi dice che sto fumando nella stanza,mi intima di smettere e dice che dovrò pagare una penale …io che non ho mai fumato una sigaretta in vita mia. Stavo dormendo e sono saltata dal letto spaventata tanto che sirena e la voce erano forti. Mi sono affacciata nel corridoio e anche i signori della stanza accanto erano usciti fuori spaventati .Poco dopo il signore in altoparlante si scusa e dice che c’è stato un errore e ci augura la buonanotte . Assurdo!Non sono più riuscita a prendere sonno .

Cons:

Beds in a Chamber Double are very small.
One night of our stay we couldn’t visit a bar in the hotel due to all areas holding external functions. Was very disappointed at this. This was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.
No mini bar menu in room when we arrived. Cleaner missed to clean coffee cups and replenish coffee pods one day.

Very excellent in all aspects
Pros:

Location was where we wanted to be. Breakfast was fine. WE asked for and got a room on a high floor so that we had an excellent view of the Hudson AND the Empire State. All good, no complaints at all.

1.False fire alarm at 10:30 PM. (Stuff happens)
2.False information provided by the valet — we were told that the $75 for valet parking included taxes, which it did not.
3.Paid an extra $140 on Booking.com for lunch and dinner, but at check-in we were told that meals were not included. Only $100 was refunded to the account.
4.Incorrect information was given about the dinner serving time.
5. Difficulty using the $100 dinner credit. The staff showed little willingness to assist, and only after my firm request was the food finally delivered to our room.

Cons:

Our shower wasn't draining (it was a accessible shower so the water was just over flowing everywhere. We called and asked the front desk if there was a way to fix it and they promised someone would come. But no one ever came. We had to just take very short showers all three days.
