Hotel recomendable
Pros:

Es muy cómodo y el
Personal es amable.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos en el clóset había un papel y un calcetín de un bebé. Eso quiere decir que no limpian profundamente.
Nunca vinieron a limpiar en los tres días que estuvimos ahí a pesar de que hablamos.
Allan en la recepción y Nilson en personal fueron muy amables pero ya era tarde para que hicieran la limpieza. Si quieres que limpien tu habitación ve al front desk y espero lo hagan.

Cons:

Person who answered phone said no was booked in our room room and couldn’t find a booking for the room. Also didn’t seem to know the area very well. Didn’t know the area very well when I called my husband to pick me up and was unnecessarily rude and didn’t know the way back to the hotel.

Nothing about the hotel not even the breakfast.

Cons:

Upon checking in I was charged more money for my stay. When I already paid the full balance when you look online it doesnt say anything about a deposit or any hidden fees.. I talked to booking.com they even informed that I shouldnt have had to pay a deposit. The staff member was extremely rude when I asked about the check in time and why I had to pay a deposit when it says differently online. Check in time says 3 when you first walked in. When booking online it says 4 p.m. I talked to booking.com and they informed me I should have been able to check in at 3 p.m. I was lied to about the check in time. The room size was completely different from what was advertised in the photos. Me and my friends didn't get a chance to even swim because the pool was extremely small and it was over filled with kids. The pool is big online but in person its small.I had a hole in my wall and the breakfast food was undercooked especially the potatoes and sausages.Even when I tried to sleep I couldn't due the hallway being loud with kids and teenagers. I was not satisfied with my stay especially since it was my birthday yesterday. None of the photos reflected what I seen online except the dresser and bathroom. For it to be my first time at this establishment and it being my birthday yesterday I won't ever book here again.

overall stay was great, I enjoyed the breakfast and the politeness from the staff. rooms

I enjoyed the breakfast and how clean our room was. housekeeping staff were very polite

Cons:

not enough towels in the room for my wife and two kids. People were complaining about our room while me and my kids were enjoying a movie. They tried to move us, but we settled it.
