Wastage of money and time, hotel is somehow getting managed and I feel it’s because it’s attracting customers due to Mem

Cons:

The hotel staff specially at the front desk and duty managers are least bothered they have no concept of customer service.


At the time of check out you surely will see smiling faces asking you to rate and provide nice review.

Breakfast is below average and so is the spread.

Just because it’s a member of Radisson it doesn’t mean that it came be rated a 5star property. There is not a single thing about it which is or can be called 5 star.

My choice always
Pros:

This hotel makes my stay almost feel like home. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. This is my 2nd trip to Vaishno Devi Temple and will continue to utilse this hotel for my up and coming trips to Vaishno Mandir always!
