Staff is very pleasant and helpful

The staff was great until someone tried accusing me of supposedly damaging some property in the room.
They stated I left burn marks from an iron on the mattress. I didn’t even have an iron and there was no iron in the room either. The accusations are completely false in their attempt to collect money for damages I did not do. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This hotel is a gem. I came to visit the University of Cape Coast and found this hotel, which I believe is the closest to the university. The pool is marvelous. The rooms are tidy with working air conditioning and internet. There is free breakfast which is delicious. When I return to Cape Coast, I will be staying here. Thank you!

I had a great stay. Very nice hotel in a good location for great price. Staff are very kind and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Really enjoyed eating outdoors by the palm trees in the morning.

Difficult to get to town

Imhotel is in a convenient location. Staff was very hospitable. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Park Spring Hotel exceeded all my expectations and left me truly impressed. I traveled from Chicago to Ghana with my wife and cousin, and after having several disappointing experiences with hotels in Ghana, I wasn’t expecting much. However, this establishment completely turned that narrative around.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff and the attentiveness of the owner stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not just comfortable but memorable. The professionalism and warmth displayed by everyone at the hotel truly made us feel welcome and valued.

The room we stayed in was immaculate. It was not only exceptionally clean but also meticulously maintained, with every detail perfectly in place. The ambiance and attention to detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to providing a superior guest experience.

Park Spring Hotel is a shining example of excellence in hospitality, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ghana. It transformed what I thought would be a basic stay into an unforgettable experience.

Its a very nice clean well organized hotel, set back from the main rd. Staff is great, food also very good and very reasonably priced.

The accommodations were excellent and the service provided by the staff was superb. The stay included a hot breakfast that was delicious. This is a hidden gem in Cape Coast that I'll be sharing with anyone traveling to Cape Coast, Ghana Africa.
