Top Lage, toller Skyline-Blick.
Pros:

Ein rundum großartiger Aufenthalt. Der Ausblick auf die Skyline von Kuala Lumpur ist einfach beeindruckend, besonders vom Dachpool aus, der denselben spektakulären Blick bietet. Alles war sehr sauber, und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich sowie angenehm. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

The location was great, very central with good connections.

Cons:

If I was going to be picky, I would have liked a little more choice for the evening meals in the restaurant, but this was only a minor thing

Die Bar + das Pool, Pancakes, Kleenex, Laundryservice am gleichen Tag

Cons:

Schade, dass die Poolliegefläche begrenzt ist, vergrõssern wäre toll. Die Früvhteauswahl beim Frühstûck war sehr begrenzt.

Pros:

Man kann leicht zu Fuß zum Petronas Towers gehen, 5min von Metrostation, Busstation gleich vor dem Hotel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und sogar ein kleines Geschäft am Erdgeschoss.
Frühstück voll ok, trotz vielen Leuten gabt es immer ein Tisch frei und genug Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer könnte besser gereinigt werden (in die Ecken und so..).

Uncomfortable Stay with Poor Facilities but Friendly Staff
Pros:

The location was central and the staff were quite helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The rooms had sealed windows, leaving no way to let in fresh air, which only made the strong, unpleasant odor of the carpets and lingering cigarette smoke more overwhelming. This issue was promptly raised with the management team, but despite the complaint, nothing was done to address it.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the room temperature remained between 26–29 degrees, creating an uncomfortable environment throughout the stay. There was also a persistent issue with flickering lights, which added to the overall inconvenience.

The lifts were extremely slow, often requiring long waits due to the high density of guests in the building, further compounding the frustration of the experience.

Pros:

Lindo visual da piscina, embora seja difícil para tirar as fotos mais bonitas. Boa localização.

Cons:

Elevadores sempre lotados nos principais horários. Um hotel desse padrão deveria dar uma simples toalha de rosto.

Pros:

Foi muito desagradável quando alugamos uma suite( o maior quarto do hotel e na reserva mencionava que a criança ficava gratuitamente e nos cobraram um valor extra para o meu filho (9anos) dormir!!!

L'emplacement, pas très loin du centre

Cons:

Le prix que booking m'a vendu les deux chambres, prix élevé par rapport au prix de l'hôtel à la réception, prix 44 euros la chambre petit déjeuner compris, booking par internet 70 euros. Chambre minuscule, climatisation en plein visage.. J'ai genius, 3, alors pourquoi une si grande différence de prix. Deux chambres fois 3 nuits, soit un surplus de 156 euros que vous facturé, par rapport au prix si je passais par l'hôtel directement.
