Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel était super ! Un grand merci à Saravanan le concierge de l’hôtel qui nous a bien aidé pour l’organisation de la suite de notre séjour entre Kuala Lumpur et Taman Negara !

The hotel is known for its generous breakfast spread. They even added an individual treadmill in my suite! The room is very spacious and the city view from my room is exceptionally pleasing.
The volume of the flat screen TV is unacceptable. The maximum volume at "15" and I could not adjust it to any higher. I had to struggle listening to the sound from the Netflix movies I watched in my suite.

Habitación amplia y con variedad de utensilios. Luminosa y la limpieza buena. El personal amable y el desayuno con mucha variedad. Bien ubicado para desplazarte a conocer la ciudad.
Good location and nice view from the pool.
Completely unsuitable for light sleepers. Could hear the neighbouring rooms turn on and off the light switches, opening and closing the curtains, and slamming the door, scraping chairs on the tiled floor repeatedly and their tv until the early hours. It is completely ridiculous that you can hear a light switch loudly in your room, that is not appropriate insulation. The bed seemed to also be positioned next to the neighbour’s kitchenette which was fun hearing pots and pans banging at my head early in the morning after being kept up all night. There was no phone number for reception in the room to seek help and when I finally got it they did nothing. Reception staff were generally unhelpful and unfriendly throughout the stay. The door men and concierge however were nice and polite.
La struttura si presenta bene , diciamo che dalle foto sembra più carina ad ogni modo per stare massimo 2 giorni va più che bene , oltre sceglierei altre opzioni , magari preferire bukit bintang
La camera è abbastanza piccola , la posizione non è eccezionale , inoltre la colazione si presenta povera sotto l’aspetto dei dolci , troppa scelta salata e poca scelta di dolci .
