Einfach grandios
Pros:

Es war rundum perfekt. Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit viel Natur und ganz exzellentem Service - vom Shuttle, Rezeptionsdamen, Kellnerin beim Frühstück, Reinigungskräften und den Gärtnern/ Hausmeistern! Ein großes Lob an das ganze Team. Danke für die tolle Zeit !!!

Bien mais le rapport qualité: prix n'est pas au rendez-vous.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner très bon avec vue sur la piscine
Petite attention pour lune de miel très gentille

Cons:

- Nous faire payer les cocktails qui étaient offerts soit disant car la caisse était fermée. Quand on paye une nuit 450€ je pense qu'on peut réouvrir la caisse.
- Le restaurant est cher pour ce que c'est. Cocktail sans alcool qui n'avait pas de gout, Cannelloni a la truffe sans gout de truffe, glace maison à l'amande sans gout d'amande. Addition de 150€ pour ça, je trouve cela très exagéré.
- La porte du sauna exterieur ne ferme pas bien donc le sauna ne monte pas a la température souhaitée.

We had a wonderful stay
Pros:

We loved the beautiful construction and interior decor particular the reception area. Also, the restaurant was lovely and the food was excellent but the staff were 100%.

Super relaxed and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Hotel Design very stylisch, facility is new, bed very comfortable, nice and helpful staff, breakfast from buffet and à la carte, dinner is nice.

Cons:

Water flows out of shower room and into toilet next to it.

Pros:

Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved.
Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings.
The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options.
Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had to try many to find some that actually have any tire pressure or working breaks.

Pros:

Mooie rustige locatie . Ruim opgezet . Mooie kamers. Goede bedden. Personeel heel behulpzaam. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Cons:

Het enige minpuntje is de muggen ‘s avonds . Bij het restaurant maar ook buiten de kamer.
Zaten onder de muggenbulten .
Tip zou zijn om wierook spiralen te plaatsen.
Koffie bij ontbijt zou ook beter kunnen.
Maar dat zijn maar details .

Ce fut une belle expérience malgré cette déception.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la décoration et l'agencement des chambres. La chambre de ma fille n'avait pas assez de lumière. Les salles de bains sont très réussies.
Le restaurant était bon mais un peu répétitif quand on reste plus longtemps.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé à l’avance une location de bateau et la conciergerie de l’hôtel nous a mis en relation avec une société spécialisée. À partir de là, les choses se sont malheureusement compliquées. Nous pensions que la conciergerie allait organiser l’ensemble de l’expérience pour nous, mais ce ne fut pas le cas. Les tarifs annoncés différaient entre l’hôtel et la société de location. De plus, lorsque nous avons dû, à la demande de la société, modifier la date à cause des conditions de vent, les prix ont augmenté et, le temps de trouver un accord, il n’y avait déjà plus de bateau disponible.

Heureusement, l’une des concierges, grâce à ses recommandations, a pu nous trouver une autre solution. Nous avons ainsi pu profiter d’une sortie en mer, mais seulement pour un coucher de soleil au lieu d’une demi-journée comme prévu. L’expérience a été agréable, mais nous avons été globalement déçus par le service de conciergerie, qui n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Lovely lodge. Friendly helpful staff. Fine for a couple of days.

Would have liked a wall between the bathroom and bedroom. Very helpful staff

Cons:

Not a lot of vegetarian options on the menu. My son did a 4 hour cycle every day and would have liked some more high carbohydrate food on the menu. We ate at the hotel for the first 2 nights then ate elsewhere. Not quite as good for walking paths as we had hoped. The paths were only a couple of kilometres and wasn't really possible to hike anywhere else from the lodge

Lunga strada per essere un vero cinque stelle.
Pros:

La colazione e la cena sono state molto buone e hanno compensato lo staff molto giovane ed inesperto e la camera che non veniva pulita appropriatamente. Sul sito della struttura è scritto che tutte le suite hanno patio o terrazza. Quelle a noi assegnate non avevano né patio né terrazza.

Cons:

Personale molto giovane ed inesperto. Zone comuni sporche, il bagno della piscina non era mai pulito prima delle dieci di mattina. Allego foto dei tavolini della piscina che durante il nostro soggiorno non sono mai stati lavati. Mai una volta e’ stato chiesto ad alcuno di noi - anche in fase di check out - come stava andando o era andato il soggiorno.

Excellent
Pros:

Very quiet hotel but very relaxing for some relaxing time.

Cons:

I would recommend have spa facilities, indoor gym and mor activities to enjoy staying longer in the hotel
