Paz y tranquilidad vayas donde vayas.
Pros:

Lo que mas me gusto es la paz y la tranqulidad que se respira vayas donde vayas. Esta en plena naturaleza, pero a la vez muy cerca pueblos y lugares muy bonitos para visitar. El personal es encantador, estan simpre muy pendientes de que te sientas agusto y que no te falte de nada. Y su restaurante un 10, con productos locales y de calidad. Recomiendo probar la Corvina, estaba exquisita.

Relajante.
Pros:

La zona en la que está ubicado el hotel: a los pies de la sierra Tramontana. Esto ofrece la posibilidad de realizar senderos muy lindos desde uno de los cuales se puede ver maravillosamente la salida del sol.
A pesar de tener la sensación de estar aislado, en medio de la naturaleza, escuchando pájaros durante el día y grillos por la noche, las carreteras están al lado y en menos de una hora se alcanza cualquier punto de la isla. Y no escuchas absolutamente ningún sonido del tráfico!
Las camas supercómodas.

Cons:

El restaurante Singular: una sola palabra lo describe, es malo. Una pena. Se impone un cambio de chef en mi opinión.
Cenamos con mi pareja 2 noches: de los 6 platos que probamos entre los dos, solamente el provolone con sobrasada estuvo a la altura del resto del hotel. Las carnes y el pescado si realmente fueron cocidos a las brasas no se notó: el aroma de la comida preparada realmente a las brasas que ya se aprecia cuando el camarero sirve el plato, estuvo ausente. Y en el sabor tampoco se apreciaba. Raro. Todo venía acompañado de una "salsa" básica con sabor a mayonesa que se modificaba con algún condimento agregado. Decepcionante.
El otro inconveniente, fue el tema del aire acondicionado: no incluye el baño. Si te bañas con agua más caliente y ni que hablar si usas el secador de pelo (por cierto, muy bueno) no soportas el calor. Tienes que bañarte de nuevo, jajaj
Por último, algo menor, pero para un hotel de esta categoría nos llamó la atención que no tuviera algún detalle de cortesía en el minibar. Sólo dejan una botella de agua filtrada que reponen a diario y los consabidos sobrecitos de té y café. Hemos estado en hoteles de esta categoría en donde nos han dejado botellitas de Prosecco! Sin llegar a tanto, tal vez algún chocolate o mejor vino en botellitas individuales para promocionar su propia producción. No estaría mal.

A beautiful relaxing Mallorcan retreat.
Pros:

I loved how calm and serene it was. The pool area stunning and the restaurant was exceptional! The staff at breakfast were fabulous. A special shout out to the new staff member Anna. She was so very sweet and looked after us so well

Cons:

The dust. I also look forward to coming back in a few years and seeing more greenery around the area. I did note that you have been trying to plant around the car park and especially around our little cottage accommodation which was well noticed. I think overtime with more greenery it will takeaway the harshness of the front paddocks. I’m sure in the early months of the year when the lavender is out it probably looks a little bit softer.

Great stay, quite pricey but good value overall
Pros:

Genuinely a premium experience. Exceptional detail to design and service overall was great. The location itself is very nice.

Cons:

Fitness and spa units are not that great, but I don't assume people come here for these. Limited vegetarian food options in the menu, though the staff was open to accommodating basic cooked vegetables off-menu.
The best views in the area are not the ones the terrace and pool are facing which is the highway (far away so it's not really a significant issue). But the hills and the forests are amazing, too bad they are on the sides of these two areas.

Pros:

🩵Everything was perfect, especially the amazing dinners at the restaurant, the peaceful atmosphere at the rooms, and the beautiful surroundings. We also loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t strong enough, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Un hôtel au charme tout à fait particulier.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. On est en pleine campagne, tout en étant très proche des plages et de Palma. Le restaurant Singular est incroyable. La cuisine est d'excellente qualité, à base de produits locaux, et le personnel est tout simplement charmant. La piscine est très jolie et offre une vue magnifique sur les champs de lavande.

Cons:

La poussière des chemins. Mais bon, c'est normal quand on est dans une région agricole.

Un lugar muy tranquilo en el interior de la isla.
Pros:

El hotel en general es una maravilla de lugar. Sobre todo la tranquilidad que se respira. El personal es muy agradable y su restaurante es espectacular. La piscina es una maravilla con unas vistas increíbles.

Cons:

Hay avispas, pero no es culpa del hotel: Es lo que tiene estar en el campo. Fuimos a la playa y también había.

Lugar perfecto para relajarte
Pros:

El entorno del lugar que es muy tranquilo y te invita a no moverte del hotel. El ambiente que se respira en hotel que es de lujo pero sin grandes pretensiones. El restaurante que ofrece comida rica y variada con productos locales. Y sobretodo el personal que todo son encantadores.

Eine neue Entdeckung auf Mallorca.
Pros:

Die Lage ist also relativ nah an sehr schönen Stränden. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr gemütlich. Und vor allem das Personal, das jederzeit sehr professionell und freundlich ist. Man kümmert sich wirklich um einen.

Cons:

Die Mücken – aber das ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels.
