Mauvaise isolation …les voisins des autres appartements étaient très bruyants , tard le soir ! On entendait tout .

Overall, our short stay was enjoyable. To go sightseeing wasn’t too far.
Pros:

We loved the feel of being in our own apartment with grocery store nearby.

Cons:

Parking was an issue because it was winter and we had to drive a bit to find some.

Excellent. Espace propre et bien équipé, facile d'usage. Épicerie à 1min à pied. Il y a aussi des pubs/bars à grande proximité, mais c'était pas dérangeant (pas de dérangement par le bruit... mais c'était un mardi soir, faut le dire)

Cons:

C'était chaud dans l'appartement (~22-23c), malgré le chauffage (ajusté à 17c) ! J'ai dû partir l'air climatisé, ce qui est un peu dommage pour l'environnement. Quelques personnages louches trainaient dans le secteur. Pour moi, c'est ok, mais pour une femme seule, c'est peut-être plus insécurisant.
