spotless clean, equipments very well maintained,

Cons:

hotel is located near a charitable food distribution center, which unfortunately attracts a large number of homeless individuals to loiter in the surrounding area, which can be intimidating for guests.

Night time - there was lot of light coming in. The blinds did not darken the rooms. Black out curtains should be provided.
Shelves - none are provided. Where is one expected to keep the clothes.
Air conditioning: No instructions are provided on how to adjust. One of the bedrooms temperature could not be adjusted.

Bellissimo soggiorno.
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Il loft e' carinissimo con tutto il necessario e una cucina ad isola bellissima. Letto comodo. Molto molto luminoso, anche durante la notte a causa dei neon della strada e le prime ore del mattino (consiglio dibportare con se una mascherina occhi se la luce da fastidio). Parcheggi vicini ed economici che ci hanno indicato i gestori, supermetcato e localini a due passi.
A disposizione al secondo piano lavasciuga comune.
Risposte rapide dello staff e gentilezza nell'accordarci il check in un'ora prima senza aggiuntivi costi.

Pros:

Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen.

Cons:

De zetel had wel echt zijn beste tijd gehad, en het appartement is gelegen recht tegenover een voorziening waar verslaafde hun methadon halen. Dus die lopen daar heel de dag rond, maar vallen je verder niet lastig.

Pros:

Great apartment close to station, supermarket and Old Town. Furnished well and clean. On 3rd floor and apartment very quiet apart from construction noise on 1 day.

Cons:

Construction noise started at 5:30 am one day (was up so didn’t bother us but bring earplugs). Small amount of tea, coffee and milk would have been nice.

Well equipped and spacious place

Cons:

The apartment is located right in front of the ‘Soupe Populaire’, which resulted in noise in the morning (starting at 8am). Additionally the neighbourhood is swarmed by homeless people. Would not recommend solely because of the location
