L’arrivé j’ai eu quelqun qui ne connaissait pas son travail il m’a agresser lorsque je lui ai dis que j’avais réserver via hôtel.com il m’a indiquée que cela n’existais pas et qu’il fallais me montrer un reçu jusqu’à ce que sa collègue prennent la main

Je tiens à vous exprimer toute ma gratitude pour le merveilleux séjour que j’ai passé dans votre établissement raffiné, où j’ai trouvé calme, sécurité et sincérité dans chaque détail. L’accueil a été exceptionnel, en particulier de la part de M. Nas et Mme Mariam, ce qui a rendu mon expérience encore plus agréable.

De plus, le restaurant élégant et la vue magnifique ont apporté une touche spéciale à mon séjour. Sans aucun doute, je veillerai à revenir chez vous à une autre occasion.

The restaurant staff was not very friendly but the hotel itself was great. I didn’t like the toilet and sink was so far away from one another but overall, great place.

Service was excellent but a 4.5 star hotel, the bed was not comfortable at all, you could do better with a $300 amazon bed and the upgrade to better view room was not worth the extra $1000 for a week, the sofabed was terrible also, and the fridge box didnt even keep things cold, so the staff made it the stay better all of them at the front desk to the cleaning help were awesome kind and friendly too bad i cant stay the same for the room itself, for the glamor of the new building and the style you cheaped out the rooms unfortunately!

My overall stay was excellent. For the location of the hotel it was perfect for my staff. Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. They were very polite I must say. A tip would be to let the customers know they are under training in order to help them as well. The hotel is very nice, quiet and clean, although the carpet needs a bit more cleaning.. the blackouts were perfect for the large windows, bed is very comfortable. I would recommend staying in this hotel. Safe area helps as well! The cleaning staff did a very good job! All in all an exceptional hotel in Paris! Well done

Highly recommended. It’s a very safe and secure place. Love the restaurant bar at the roof top. The hotel room offers all the accommodation options of plugging, blower, ion no need to carry adapters. A very clean, comfortable and luxurious room.. will visit again for sure when traveling to Paris.

Wonderful modern hotel. Great quiet room, fantastic breakfast, amazing views. Saw a huge thunderstorm one night, like we were in the clouds. Short walk to metro& RER. Nice to be away from the hordes of tourists yet Notre Dame was a couple of stops away on the RER.

Séjour très bien dans l’ensemble. Dommage que je n’ai pas pu profiter du petite déjeuné que j’ai payé et que le service en chambre ne propose qu’une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie au petit déjeuné

Excellent overall experience and a wonderful comfy sleep in a great bed. The receptionist Erica was especially kind and helpful!

Mon séjour fut excellent malgré mon emploi du temps chargé. Mais je reviendrai avec grand plaisir pour en profiter mieux. Très bon accueil du personnel.

Beautiful hotel. Everything too too design. Room design was a bit of a problem as there are no drawers to put clothes away. Sliding doors are cumbersome. Aside from that, it was wonderful. Extraordinary view!
