Hôte très bien placé, juste en face du Raffles City, la ligne 1 du métro est en bas de l'hôtel.
Chambre spacieuse, très propre et confortable. Un espace machine à laver et sèche linge, bien pratique, une femme de ménage, très aimable m'a aidé pour mettre en route la machine.
Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel professionnel et sympathique. Au calme.

Stayed 1 night before business meetings. Rooms are very clean and pretty sound-proof. The bed is comfortable. The property is located next to subway station and in the busy CBD filled with photographers. As the hotel is situated in an office building, finding its street level main entrance is not obvious. Lobby signages pointing to the hotel lifts are slightly indiscreet. Ask the receptionist or security staff for directions - they are courteous and helpful. I also wished there are more international news channels. Overall, this hotel is recommended for those with business in the Chaotianmen area.

Stayed one night in Voco Chongqing and was surprised about the professional service and decent environment - the gym was well equipped and breakfast was well prepared - the room was modern and clean - staff was always very helpful and pleasant
Booked it on IHG's official website. The stay didn't feel value for money at all. It's no doubt centrally located with convenient metro connection, but nothing makes this hotel stand out. Not easy to find the entrance as the signage is in between shopping mall and the high tower. The room is clean and well equipped but not luxury. It has everting business traveller require but nothing special. Didn't have good night sleep because of noise outside. front desk was friendly but not very professional. Additional points give to breakfast. Food selection was good and the best service received in the hotel.
喜欢酒店的地标location, 艾丽美的洗漱用品很不错。早餐很丰盛，鱼片粥等现点现做，味道很好。还有派送的重庆油茶，美味。唯一不足的是checkin时询问了可不可以延迟退房到两点，得到了肯定的回答。入住后不放心又打电话到前台，服务人员说会系统上备注好的。最后一天一点左右，点了客房送餐正在吃，电话响了服务人员催我退房了我说昨天不是打了电话可以延到两点吗？对方说:那我备注下。我无语了，我入住是周二，又不是周末。
