This is a dive!
Pros:

Good location, other than that it’s a dive!

Cons:

Sketchy halls, poor lighting, filthy rooms, door locks barely attached to the door, horrible howling AC, overcharged me.

Did not like being charged subsequently without informing us, for the complimentary stuff !
Pros:

Did not have breakfast, as we had early morning flight to catch.

Cons:

We took 2 bottles of drinking water from Mr Khan (at the front desk/reception). He also asked us to take some goodies which I was told were complimentary. So, since it was late at midnight and we had not been able to have our dinner due to the airline problems, I took a pack each of chips & cookies. However, subsequently we were charged $25 aprxly for these items without pre-intimation (from the security deposit $50, which I had made thru my debit card). Moreover, the card was swiped twice making a debit of $50+$50=$100. And it took over a month for me to get back the unsettled amount of $50 of the extra swipe !
This was not a good feeling w.r.t Holiday Inn !

Horrible
Pros:

My family had a reservation from Friday to Sunday and some how my room was cancelled and me and my family was left with nowhere to stay kids and all.

Cons:

The front desk lady was no help acted as if she didn’t care at all
