Not sure I’d go back to this hotel
Pros:

Proximity to airport

Cons:

The parking—paid $20 per night as expected but others took advantage of in unenforced perimeter parking and paid nothing.
Tv/cable only worked one day of 3 day stay

It was relaxing, convenient, and very comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was lovely! it was very clean and the front rotating door was a blast! The decor in our suite was beautiful and everything was clean and tidy. Everything went perfect.

Cons:

Waited for shuttle bus for over an hour. Called hotel and they first said it should be there shortly. In second and third call said traffic was bad and there was a concert that let out. Ended up taking a taxi, 12 minute drive no traffic problem. All the other hotel vans came three and four times.

Well worth a stay!!
Pros:

Very Convenient to the Blue Line, but the best part of our stay was the Staff! I accidentally dropped my phone in the shuttle, and the Manager and shuttle driver ensured I got it back, even going so far as to deliver it to me at O’Hare. The property was very clean and well taken care of, and the location is also perfect to enjoy the city and then head back for some peace and quiet. Thank You for a wonderful stay!!

A convenient and comfortable hotel for a short stay.
Pros:

Location super convenient for O’Hare, with all the amenities you need. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. There’s a restaurant, coffee shop and small grocery store on site so plenty of options for weary travellers.

Cons:

My keycard didn’t work so I had to return to reception. This had been a problem previously and I was assured it would be okay once the engineer met me at my room. He was already waiting when I returned but still it didn’t work. After such a long day I wasn’t particularly happy to have to go down to reception yet again but did so. I requested a different room at that point, which I feel should have been offered automatically at this stage rather than me having to ask.

Could have definitely been better. I wasn’t impressed.
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The room did not have a tv remote. I found objects under the bed so the room obviously wasn’t cleaned well. The gate wasn’t working at parking and I sat there for 20 minutes while 7 cars were trying to exit before anyone came out to manually work the gate.

Hotel de excelente custo benefício, muito bom, excelente localização para o aeroporto. Equipe bem trinada e eficiente. Quarto confortável e espaçoso.

Cons:

O estacionamento por $20, mas é bem comum na região. A chave cartão deu problema na entrada, mas solucionou rápido, a equipe de manutenção estava a postos e não chegou a ser um problema.
